Had a great experience with these guys! Knew what I needed done, and what parts I wanted replaced. I usually do all my own maintenance, but didn’t have a place to do the engine mounts myself. They quoted me a price that was very fair, and stuck with it no questions asked. Will definitely use Abilene auto for those repairs that are just more than I can handle, and will recommend them to anyone who needs an honest mechanic.

After reading all the great reviews about this place I decided to take my Kia here, I needed my oil changed and my heat and AC were not working. I met Matt at the front desk and he was very friendly and said they would get it taken care of. He called me later in the day to let me know that my temperature control unit wasn’t working, I know nothing about cars but Matt explained everything in great detail so I could understand what was going on. If the unit was dead and had to be replaced it would be a $700+ fix, Matt did let me know that he called the Kia dealership to see if it was covered under warranty (it wasn’t), he also noticed one of my fuses was blown and replaced it in hopes that would fix it (it didn’t). Finally he told me he was going to try taking the whole unit out, doing some things with the wires and putting it back in. Matt seriously went above and beyond to get my car fixed, thank god he did because he called me back to let me know that after putting the unit back in everything was working perfectly and that one of my wires had just come loose! What could have cost me almost $1000 ended up being only $100 (with the oil change also) thanks to Matt and his dedication to his job. I cannot recommend this place enough! Abilene auto doc will have my business for the rest of my days.

Matt and Scott were extremely helpful!I had to get my car re-aligned and they actually found that my front tire was loose/missing a lug nut! They could have said it was a ball joint and charged me an arm and leg...and for all I know, tightened the lug nut and said they replaced the ball joint! But THEY WERE VERY HONEST. I would highly recommend them! And will be coming back anytime I need something done!

Highly recommend! Imagine your car breaking down on a out of town trip. Thats exactly what happened to me. My family traveled here from San Antonio for a baseball tournament. After a long game we get to our car and surprise it not running. Not familiar with this area we began searching online. We found this business and took a chance. I cant say enough how impressed we were with Matt and all the mechanics. First off they had a wrecker come right away, which meant a lot considering it was 102° and we had our two kids with us. Our car got there at 4:30 and was ready by 11am the next day. The prices are fair, and the service is excellent. Thank you for making a terrible problem for an out of towner completely painless. Wish we had your business in S.A. Wed be a customer for life.

Matt is an AMAZING GUY!! He has been honest EVERY TIME. He doesnt try to take advantage of a persons lack of knowledge about vehicles. He has worked on and is currently working on my Dodge, and they fix it as if it was their personal vehicle. I will forever support these guys and reccomend them with a million star rating.

They replaced all my shocks, struts, tie rods, and did an alignment within two days. They charge very reasonable rates considering the amount of work they had to do. They are very honest and I would recommend to everyone!

Matt did a diagnostic scan that searched for more than just codes but the exact problem and issue with the car. Rather than wasting time, Matt was able to find the issue and replace the parts in a reasonable time and get me back on the road. Would highly recommend!

I hired an auto broker in Denver to find my wife a jeep. He found one in Abiline that sounded perfect. He suggested we use Abiline Auto doctor for an independent third party opinion of the vehicle. They worked us into their busy schedule and gave us a very detailed report. They even spoke to us on the phone and patiently answered all our questions. We drove down 700+ miles to pick up the jeep and it was exactly as he reported. I would not hesitate to use their shop.

Took my BMW there was surprised by the staff. They had the tools the parts and I needed get repairs done because I was in a hurry, they went above and beyond to accommodate my timeline. I would recommend these guys every time.
