Customer service in the Sephora Mall of Abilene is unparalleled. The associates absolutely go out of their way to make sure customers find exactly what they need and leave there feeling beautiful.My husband went in completely lost and those ladies pulled my purchase history, with his permission, and helped him find PERFECT Christmas gifts for me. He even purchased a newly released Urban Decay Palette I had not ever mentioned but really wanted. I am so greatful to the wonderful ladies at this location for helping my husband feel confident and excited that he was able to pick out things I would love.Thank you!!!

My absolute favorite place to shop. From skin care to make up, walking in is always a pleasure thanks to the amazing staff. Ive never once felt judged walking in as a male, never once felt like I didnt belong. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, always ready to help. When the store gets busy it can be hard getting that little extra bit of assistance, but when it comes to the time and effort you do get it ends up being worth the wait. Always. Ive been a consistent shopper for 4 years now, and Ive seen different employees come and go, and many stay through the years and each one is always a pleasure. Working retail comes with so many challenges, and our local Sephora knows how to address them all with tact and professionalism. The option to order online is always an option and usually easier of course, but running in to grab what you need is never stressful and a fun way to be around people who love a quick beauty chat.

Some of the employees are helpful and then again,you have those employees that dont let you shop peacefully because they are constantly on your back. Then the big white dude I think hes undercover follows you everywhere too.Likecome on people can I shop in peace? Thats why I rather go to Ulta. They are way more relaxed and helpful there. Always out of the products I want. Never fails. I miss Dallas their Sephoras are soooo much better!! And they carry mac and all kinds of different stuff!!! Abilenes sephora is just a big no no

I became a customer when fenty came out. The lady who helped me was very nice and helped me matching my color. Have yet to have a bad experience with customer service here. Really great ladies.

I went into Sephora for the first time today and was very impressed! The Customer service in the Sephora Mall of Abilene is unparalleled. Haley absolutely went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed and made sure I left feeling beautiful.

I stopped by there the other day just to get some samples of some items and the lady that was helping me was so rude and even made a comment to another girl that I wasnt the waste of time because all I wanted was some samples. Yes that day all I needed was some samples. Worst Sephora experience ever and if I would have had the time that day I would have gotten her name and complained about her service.

Worst store i have been in. Full of Rude people. And you would think they would know how to do their makeup clearly not.

I went into this Sephora and asked if they could do my make up and they were not busy at all, and they told me I had to make an appointment 24 hours in advance. Mind you it was really slow and there were probably 3-5 workers in there with not even a customer in sight. Ive been to about 10-20 Sephoras and they were much busier and they have been able to do my make up without 24 hours in advance, and the thing is I probably wouldve spent about $150-$200 dollars in there, so good luck competing against Ulta. I will never make a purchase from this Sephora. You just lost out on $150 to $200 dollars in product being sold.

Not stocked very well. Out of everything that I needed. The sales clerk recommended a black urban decay eyeliner ($20) that would last all day and it was off after a couple hours. She matched the wrong tarte concealer color (out of most colors) $30. Very disappointed. New to this area (military orders) and this is the worst sephora I have been too. $50 dollars down the drain. ☹️

I wouldnt even give a star. The staff & manager never greet me, They are preoccupied, talking to friends. I dont like going in because I feel pressured on getting a credit card. Its the only reason they approached me and I dont appreciate the condescending tone when I refuse.
