Lindsey showed us several different options that fit our needs and the pricing was straight forward with no smoke and mirrors. I dont leave too many reviews, but I had such a good experience that I had to leave one. Rico was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect couches for my family. We bought some of the couches from the back and he told us exactly when to come to get the best price. Sure enough he was right and we found some great couches at a great price. He went out of his way to show me what cords I need to buy from Amazon. He did not have to do that., he could have just sold me the expensive ones from the store. Hands down a better buying experience than Home Zones competitors. We tried going with a competitor for a bedroom suite only to be lied to and given the run around for months. Once we finally got tired of it, we cancelled and went to Home Zone where we were helped by Daniel P. Daniel did a great job helping us get what we needed and was honest with the timeline to get our furniture. HZ even gave us weekly updates via email and text as to the status of our delivery, the other guys made us call and then place us on hold. Buying experience, customer service, delivery and quality of furniture from HZ has been great and we highly recommend them!

Excellent service from Daniel! He greeted us and explained a few sales going and allowed us all the time we wanted without hovering. I hadn’t really thought about buying a couch but just fell in love with one. Daniel helped us out and I ended up with the couch of my dreams. I will be back and asking for Daniel!

James and James were both super helpful and super friendly and super understanding to my needs. Some of the furniture I wanted was out of stock but they were both completely honest with me and wanted nothing more than for me to be pleased with my purchase. Liberty was so amazing and helpful picking out a sofa set. She took the time with us and did not get annoyed while waiting for us to make a decision! Home Zone gave me one of the best experiences Ive had at a Furniture store. It was easy. It was pleasant. It wasnt pushy. We laughed, we joked, and picked out the perfect piece for my house. I was even given a specific date in which my furniture would be here and they are sticking to the timeline.

Pretty fair prices, decent furniture. Staff is friendly. Not too overwhelming like some other places. If I had 1 recomendation it would be to add free in town delivery. Most places already offer it, $99 delivery fee is a little steep. Other than that Ill still do business with them.

When I had questions, he was very present and kind, and he was very attentive and quick to check in in moments where I hovered by something longer than a few minutes and offer to answer questions I may have had.And he managed to do so without coming across as overbearing or pushy. In fact, I was very impressed with his ability to sense when I wanted to shop alone and when I was genuinely unsure about something. I felt very confident in my choice thanks to his ability to let me consider what he said while giving me full choice in the matter without any pressure to buy in the moment.The GM - I believe she said her name was Elizabeth - was also very kind in her greeting, and stepped back to let the salesman be front-runner in my search for the couch that would best fit my space. I appreciated getting to see who was managing the team that was overall very kind - even the members who were not my salesman.Not to mention that the deliver was offered to take place only FOUR days later! Had my personal schedule been more open, Id have jumped over that delivery date in a heartbeat once I knew what Id wanted. That being said, I got it within the seven day promise - unlike other local stores in the area - and the couch is in perfect condition! Great store with a great selection of furniture. Loved that they had a kids room for them to relax while the parents shopped around. The prices were fair...not cheap but not too expensive. Overall a really good experience.

We had a fantastic experience shopping at the Abilene Home Zone store. Our salesman was Nick Garcia. We originally visited several months ago while we were waiting on a closing date on a home we were in the process of buying. At the time, Nick was courteous and very knowledgeable of Home Zone’s products. We didn’t end up buying that say but made mental notes to return and to give Nick our business. That particular home purchase fell through and when we finally purchased another home many months later, we returned and made sure Nick was our salesman. We ended making several purchases and credit Nick for his professionalism and patience as we shopped and asked lots of questions. His store manager was also supportive and very helpful. Highly recommend this store and Nick in particular.

A short time later we were greeted by Assistant Manager Daniel Perez, who checked on us while we were looking at a bedroom set. Daniel was an absolute class act and super helpful during the purchase process. He knew every single detail about the furniture and he made buying easy. Daniel also took us to the mattress collection and explained the benefits of each model. We had a terrible experience at another furniture store in Abilene, and after shopping at Home Zone, I can assure you that they have our business for life.
