They lie and try to screw you out your money they told me I could rent to own my cooler then I call back to see how much I owed on it at first it was 281 now they saying we didnt say that which is also a lie. Now I want to return it and they want to keep half my money... Smh what people wont do for money... They will dry rub you any way they can to get a penny... If you going to dry rub me hug me or something let me feel it

We have been one of the many without electricity or water. We have a Pelican water softener system that froze and one tank broke off leaving us with no water and no way to bypass till repaired. Josh spoke with us on what we could do. He asked for pictures and talked my husband through the way it works. Although we have to wait till it thaws to repair Josh eased our minds and would recommend him and this Company for All your plumbing issues! He went beyond our expectations!

10/10! Abilene Water Service is amazing. They deliver water to our office monthly and have put a reverse osmosis system in our home that we absolutely love. I highly recommend giving them a call! They are affordable and provide some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! The new owners are local and the product is amazing! They even just added water dispensers so we can fill our extra jugs anytime we need. We will be lifelong customers!

I enjoyed my visit the lady there was very informed & helpful I was finally able to find a bottle & pump that fit together, the ones they sell at Wal-Mart to Lowes Primo Bottles & Primo pumps do not fit each other as claimed, Tk u for all ur help

So far,I would highly recommend the staff I had the pleasure of working with. Beginning with Terry at the home show,Marlo the receptionist, Paula who did the consult at the house, and Miguel and Memo the installers. You all should train the rest of Abilene on professionalism and a fun experience. I would give 5 stars but we will see if I have the need of after the sale service. Great service and very friendly people

No service after sale! Promised to fix service concerns in past but they were never honored. Called weeks ago and call never returned. Id look elsewhere unless you want to fix things yourself!
