Great place to buy fresh meats, for a bbq, other than that its basically like any other grocery store. Has a deli with tables inside where you can sit down and eat. All looked good but, didnt try.

Finally found a cut of meat I was long looking for around Abilene. Store was very cozy and lots of fresh produce. Bakery goods were surprisingly good too.Took out a star because during checkout I forgot to take a bag while I was busy with my kids. My bad, but the cashier shouldve also checked. Went back after I arrived home and she said it was gone saying other customers might have picked it up. Oh well.

They didnt have much of variety on meats the day i went in but normally they do. Store always looks clean

This market has really delicious marinated chicken in a red seasoning. When broiled, this chicken always comes out so juicy and tender, and full of flavor. Also, for the Keto foodie, I purchased some freshly made pork skins that were absolutely divine! So fresh...that they were still hot! They are like a piece of somewhat thin cut boneless pork rib with a good strip of fat fried... all to a crisp! OMG!!! Delicious and so filling! I will definitely get my fat micros up with these bad boys! And did I mention the cheese! Yea, they have a wide selection of fresh, white cheeses to choose from. My favorite are the Fresca, the melting cheese, and the asadero cheese.

There meat got me and others sick. Dont buy it . You have been warned

I went to buy meat and 3 of the items were on sale. When I got home I noticed I was not charged the sale price. I paid double! Check your prices before you leave, I should have.

Nice shop for items that are rare in other grocery stores, for example aged hard central American cheeses, some spices, some marinated meats and meat parts. I went there specifically for the beef tripe, they had 2 options. Im very satisfied with the quality and price.

I didnt shop, but cashed my check which is wonderful. Only charge 1% and takes 10 mins. But its a great grocery store a lot cheaper than most places.

1 star because my husband and I went to get milk on the 25th of December and the milk we picked up was expired on the 22nd of December. Didnt realize till we got home. Why do they still have expired milk on the shelves? There was a alot of milk there. When getting milk, you assume it wouldnt be expired.

Terrible! Took our cashier about 5 minutes to ring up a person with two items! She was so busy chatting with people while the line just got longer. There were about 9 people total waiting. And no one ever opened the second register. What is the point of having two? Do not go!

Am very upset because the man who calls himself a manager is in the meat sold me a bad meat which I do not know Because the general manager puts this man as a repundant manager. He is a short Mexican mustache, I think I was about to call him salublilad. .

Lots of unique products. Meat market is probably the last true butcher shoppe in Abilene.

Top notch meat market. Some items are a little over priced but this is the only place I know of so far in Abilene that has the same fajita meats carne asada chorizo masa etc. That is similar and of the same quality as the michiocanas etc. That are in Houston I cook up some great stuff with there meat and man Im glad I found this place.
