They did not pressure me, they looked out for my best I teresta, explained things in a way I could understand, everyone was friendly, and I was able to go in, test drive a couple cars and buy one all in a under 3 hours.

The sales people are not pushy. They actually helped me figure out the perfect car for me. I love my new Toyota. They even sent me a gift afterwards. Didnt know they did that!

One of the best dealerships in town by far!Salespeople are not overly pushy (I mean car salespeople will be pushy because that is how they make their money, but these people are not as bad as others).They sat us down, crunched all the numbers, answered all the questions, and communication was above and beyond when we purchased our van. During this pandemic, the inventory is low and there is a new precedent surrounding the purchase of new vehicles. Toyota has handled it all beautifully! Steve and Matt are some of the nicest people and kept us up to date on everything. Especially as we waited anxiously for our Sienna to arrive after purchasing it. 10/10 will continue doing business here and will gladly recommend it to anyone in search of a vehicle.

Huuum, I dont really know about brand new cars... but I got a used car. When I went back after 3 days for some abnormalities, one of the sales manager become so unprofessional to me. Be carful with deals at Lithia... they beg you to buy... they just want to sell... Once you are out of their parking lot, you are done.
