William was great throughout the buying process. Very helpful and answered all my questions since I was buying from out of state.A big issue came up at the end with title and registration. The registration wasn’t paid for by them as was indicated in the contract. My temp tag expired and asked for a new one since my registration hadn’t arrived. They stopped replying. Long story short I had to pay the registration fee out of my pocket and deal with the MVD mess. When I asked the GM for a refund he said they weren’t “in the business of paying our customers taxes and registration”.

We were charged a penalty fee at the DMV due to this car lot not being able to get a hold of us with a phone call. When it was in fact a data entry error on their end. They also didn’t pay the full TTL like we agreed on before signing papers. A lot of mis-communication going on in the office from what I can tell.

I just wanted to share and acknowledge a great used car company Vincent Motor Company and one of their amazing employees Tanner who provided an awesome car buying experience.Well everyone this is how everything began. As I was searching online for a particular car, a 2007 Honda Accord V6 with low mileage, I knew I had to make a quick decision on the buy because those cars with low mileage go fast. I attempted to make a few out-of-state purchases on a 07 Honda Accord and lost the sale. I found one at Vincent Motor Company located in Abilene, Texas 5 hours from my home. Due to my busy work schedule, I wasn’t able to make the drive so I can look over the vehicle and determine if it was in good working order. I filled out the online information page to show my interest in the 07 Honda Accord. Within minutes I received a call from a salesperson by the name of Tanner. I shared my interest in the vehicle, but the only issue, I was 5 hours away. I knew I wasn’t going to be available to make it there within a week or two. I talked to Tanner and shared with him my situation and how far away I was. I told Tanner I needed him to be my eyes and ears and if he could go out to the vehicle and look it over for me. He later returned my call and told me the car is in great shape and there was nothing for me to worry about. Tanner was nice enough to send me pics of the vehicle and also the Carfax. After talking to Tanner about the vehicle and answering all my questions, I went ahead and made the purchase. Tanner did an awesome job in assisting me with all the paperwork and keeping me updated with the whole process. Tanner also set up delivery of the vehicle.When I received delivery of the car it was just as Tanner had told me and found no issues. Later after the purchase and delivery, Tanner told me I was his first customer as he had just started working at Vincent Motor Company. Wow, what a superior experience. I recently purchased a small truck from Vincent Motors and had an exceptional car buying experience. Not only from the initial buying process, but also the weeks following the purchase date. Matthew was most helpful. The day of the purchase he really went above and beyond working with my banker to get the deal done. By the end of the day I was finally in a pickup I desperately needed. The next couple of weeks I noticed a couple of things acting up on the truck, these were issues that neither I nor Vincent Motors could have known about while on the lot or on a test drive. I called Matthew and sure enough they took good care of me and my new truck. Three weeks after my purchase I called them back and hoping they could recover my jumper cables I left in my trade-in.
