Awful customer service. He kept my vintage hat 2 weeks then carged me $40 to shape a hat and didnt even ad the trim I ordered. The real insult was when I tried 3 different times to shake the guys hand and introduce myself and he refused to do so each time. Over priced services combined with a shifty entitled attitude. Find you a better hatter.
