The atmosphere at Livingston Hearing Aids impresses me with courtesy and professionalism every time I go there.The premises are clean and comfortable.The clerical staff are friendly, helpful and understanding.And Cody does his job with an incredible professionalism. He answers my questions patiently and thoroughly.I will continue to get my regular audio checkup there, and nowhere else.

Cody English has provided great service since purchasing my hearing aids nearly 10 yeas ago! Today was an unusual routine visit when I explained that the tip covering of one of the aids had come off when I removed the hearing aids to shower. Looked everywhere to no avail so replaced the covering with an extra I had and pushed it in the ear... for several days! My hearing still wasnt quite right. He quickly resolved the problem discovering that the original covering had stayed in my ear and became lodged pretty deep! If not for Cody being able to remove the lodged covering, I might be dealing with a seriously damaged ear. THANK YOU Cody!!!

My Momma, Lila Cox, received her new hearing aids last week and she absolutely loves them! Dr. English and his staff were amazing! I thought I needed hearing aids. I had my hearing tested at Livingston Hearing Aid Center in Abilene. I have minimal to moderate hearing loss. Hearing Specialist/Manager Cody English fitted me with hearing aids. When my specified time for trying the hearing aids ended, I was in Colorado because of a family medical emergency. Cody was very understanding of my dilemma and allowed me to keep the hearing aids until I could return to Abilene. At the end of the specified time, I just did not feel that the hearing aids were helping me enough at this time. I feel I am just not ready for hearing aids. When I explained this to Cody, he was very understanding, and gave me no hassle whatsoever!! He went above and beyond what I expected of any supervisor!! He listened to me, and was very considerate and understanding of my situation!! When I am ready for hearing aids, I will definitely get them at Livingston hearing aid center in Abilene. I encourage anyone who thinks they might have a hearing problem, to see the staff at Livingston Hearing Aid Center in Abilene. Everyone there is extremely courteous and professional. Each one deserves the highest rating possible!!

I cant say whether or not Livingston is better than one company or not. I have no other perspective than my experience with Livingston. It has been exceptional. Every time I need them Cody English and the team at Livingston take care of me. They are impeccable, experts in their field and Cody hooked me up with my first pair of hearing aids! Outstanding! I remember crying as I walked out of the office because as I sat their waiting for my appointment, I never realized the sound was on the TV in their lobby. As I rounded the corner from his office, I realized how bad my hearing was... Cody and Livingston... thank you for a job well done

This is my third pair of hearing instruments from Livingston in Abilene. Always great!They are very good at what they do and treat you like you wish everyone else did.My father also goes here and we have always been very pleased with our experience.I highly recommend Livingston in Abilene.

The audiology professional who fitted my original aids retired. I had no idea about whom to consult for a new pair. A family friend recommended LHAC and specifically Cody English, so I called to ask for an appointment.Cody was decidedly professional and truly friendly. After the first few minutes of the interview, I knew Id selected the right place and the right person.After an exceedingly thorough evaluation, he asked what I liked and didnt like about my current aids. Listening to my comments, he suggested a model that he felt would meet my needs.They were wonderful.When the time came to replace those, I returned to LHAC for the purchase.My latest appointment was today, approximately a month after receiving the new units. And, as usual, Cody was tremendous.I am extremely pleased with the equipment provided through LHAC, and there is an insufficient number of superlatives which I could attribute to Cody in particular, and the support staff in the Abilene office.I highly recommend Cody, his staff, and LHAC for anyones hearing aid needs.
