I took my Honda Shadow to Dan for electrical service. One cylinder the bike would intermittently cut out. He demanded an $800 deposit for parts. Then he replaced the stator and rectifier, claiming they were absolutely, definitely fried. Total bill was $1100, he had the bike for three weeks.First 20 minutes of ride home, cylinder drops again. Same exact problem.I take it back. More weeks. Get the bike back. Same problem arises after 20 minutes riding.I finally decide to tackle the problem myself. I always suspected a bad coil, but Dan said that wasnt the problem.I found that the spark plug wire going to the coil that controlled the two plugs on the problematic cylinder was more. I snapped the wire on the coil terminal tightly.Viola!Problem solved. Loose coil wire.Bike has now ran perfectly for several months.I should have filed a civil suit on RSR. It was blatant fraud and theft.PS: I took the parts Dan said were fried to my mechanics in Austin. They tested them. Guess what? They were fine.How is RSR still in business?Wow.

Awesome guy, very friendly, fast worker and very affordable. He put on a rear tire for my bike in about 30 minutes, bells and whistles and all that for about 54 bucks. Give him a look.

This place is a great gem in abilene. Hes straight forward with you about any thing you bring to him and he goes out of his way to make sure you get the best service. I dont usually leave reviews of places because I feel like its a waste of time but this is one place that I would go out of my way to let others know.
