I was quoted a price. Drove 2hrs to drop off the material to be copied and they accepted it. Stated 5 working days to complete, then called me 2 days later and stated they were busy that it would be 30 days to complete and lots more money. I recommend not using them!

Everyone is very courteous, great prices and service after the sale. Abilene Printing will deliver to our door. Amazing in today’s market. They are always prompt in returning your phone calls. They do the printing of all our invoices, sales orders, envelopes, purchase orders, etc. Abilene Printing has been doing a wall calendar for our business for the last 10 years and it’s a huge hit with our customers. Beautiful color pictures. They add the personal touch with pictures we provide. I can’t say enough good things about Abilene Printing.When I saw a negative review—it infuriated me. It’s become typical of this millineal generation of expecting free service for no pay!!!

The staff here was very kind and courteous. They were a tremendous help. I would recommend their services to everyone!

I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful. I requested a sample of my wedding invitation which I had to pay $10.83 for. When I arrived to pick it up the sample was not the right size nor on the correct card stock. Instead of offering to correct the mistake a woman named Karla argued that I did not provide the correct information in my email. Upon referencing the original email thread it was clear I had provided all details correctly. Instead of apologizing Karla was clearly irritated and told the receptionist to have another sample printed while rolling her eyes. Needless to say I did not wait for another sample to be printed but instead I politely told them I would not be doing business with them and left. If this is a reflection of their customer service I am not going to waste $500+ on a product that may or may not be exactly what I want.
