My husband has a cpap from Abilene Rotech. When he went to their office and received it they told him they would be sending replacement supplies but they never did. He finally called them, they said they would send them within a week. We never got them. He called again and got transferred to a place in Kentucky. They had his records but the records did not show that supplies were ever ordered. Now we are waiting to see if that office will send any.
