Never in my life have I had such poor and mediocre service. I bought a merchandise in cash, for delivery the next day at 11 am. At 12 noon I called to check the delivery status. The Mr (Alejandro) who attended me did not even have knowledge. He tells me that he is going to verify and the merchandise is sent to me. At 2:50 I return and call since I still had not received the merchandise and Mr. (Alejandro) contacted me another seller and he even thought that it had already been delivered; imagine level of mediocrity. It is worth mentioning that at 3:20 I showed up to collect the refund of the money paid. Super poor, irresponsible and mediocre in service
