They fixed my Playstation 4 exactly as I needed and it works again better than ever. The employees are super nice and to the point as well. The store itself is nice as well, very bright and taken care of. I only give it 4 out of 5 stars because I had to seek out an update myself days later then expected because they had not called me when the system was repaired, but Im not horribly upset about it at all.

They were very polite and the initial diagnosis fee was reasonable. They called to let us know what the issue was within 2 business days. We got our Xbox back in about 4 days total though it could have been more like a week or so if we hadnt gotten lucky that the guy who did this repairs hadnt happened to come in town. Repair price was also reasonable.

CPR was very professional, got a battery to replace the one that was swollen and, therefore dangerous, installed it quickly and my phone is working again. All for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

I walked in because my 4yr old grandson locked his tablet up. They only charged me 30 bucks to come in and they got it unlocked. butttt.... I had to come back because whatever my grandson did was pretty big!!! They welcomed me back, fixed my problem and did not charge me!!!! We are all struggling and I am sure they are. My wii was not working . They ran a diagnostic, figured out what was the issue and I ran and purchased what I needed. Hubby is resetting up the console. Very professional and great to deal with!! Thanks guys!!

I would not take your cellphone here to get fixed unless it’s just the screen that needs fixing. I took my phone here and had went numerous times back and forth because they couldn’t fix it the first time. They made the problem worse. They even put non apple parts in my apple phone without permission, factory restarted my phone without permission and lost all my data. I took my phone there because of my screen, after fixing my front screen.. They caused more internal problems to the point where my phone no longer works. It won’t even charge OR turn on. It’s been a month since I have went back and my phone is worse than when i brought it to them. I have left my phone there a week overnight and every-time i came back they said it was “good as new” FALSE. It never got fixed and still has the same problems but much worse. Don’t ever let them “send your phone off” to their engineers in Greenville because they have sent mine there twice and just wasted my time and 600$ !! DO NOT GO HERE. They refused to give back a refund and insisted that the phone was fixed when it’s obviously not. Take it to apple.

I don’t know about you but my phone 📱 is a life line and used 100% for work so when I have a problem, it’s a huge problem. CPR always come to the rescue. I have been a customer for CPR for a couple years now. The $10 replacement for a new phone screen protector after purchasing one initially with the company is a sweet deal. I am new to the area and immediately upon entering I was met with kindness and a positive attitude from the employee who loved making us laugh. Even after picking out the wrong screen protector, having them open it all up, put it back away for the right one, redo the entire purchase AND find out the one I had before was terrible due to a previous store giving me the wrong protector, they still were very pleasant and never broke the positive attitude where most employees would be annoyed with the confusion. They even went as far as to still only charge the $10 for replacement when I was getting an upgraded screen protector. Highly recommend this store. They do a lot more than just phones as well. I will absolutely be going back in the future!

Very friendly!! Looked at my phone immediately and had it fixed in under 5 minutes!! Then wouldn’t let me pay him anything!! Very knowledgeable about the issue I was having!! Last minute I needed to get my phone repaired. Also, I needed to be offline for the least amount of time as possible. I called the store an hour before they closed and they still fixed my phone. Came in after going to a Verizon store and being told there is nothing to be done & the only way to resolve the issue (unresponsive screen that is not cracked & has never been replaced) was to purchase a new phone.I was treated respectfully and informed of 3 potential issues that the phone could have. Left my phone with CPR for an hour and I came back and the phone was working perfectly.Cannot recommend these guys enough, super nice and helpful.

I dropped my phone a couple months ago and it cracked the screen in a small spot. This week my phone feel out my sweatpants pocket onto my tile floor and the old crack expanded and the screen turned green and black. Jo helped me fix my Pixel 3a XL. They didnt have the screen for my model in store but they overnight the parts so I was able to pick my phone up the next day. He was super awesome and a joy to work with. I highly recommend getting your phone fixed here. It helped me put off getting a new phone for a couple more years and will save me money in the long run.

Man this place was awesome! I brought my daughters iphone 7 to them after the screen got shattered and not only was the price affordable but they replaced the screen and had me out of there in about 25 mins! I brought my phone into the establishment to get serviced. I tell you it was an amazing experience to say throughout the whole process. The representative asked me what seems to be the problem, and I explained the best way I knew. From there on he analyzed my phone and ran a diagnostics check, and gave me a a hour notice within he said he would notify me of an answer. Within about forty-five minutes to say he contacted me back with solving the problem. Very professional, and courteous in all the manners displayed. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of cell phone service repair.

I took my Windows 10 Computer in because it appeared that I had lost all my saved documents. CPS was able to provide me recommendations on repairs necessary, and to also recommend a replacement computer if I wanted to get a new one. The only downside I saw was that the computer technician only works on Wednesday and Saturday so it might take a couple of days to get a computer problem addressed.

The owner is really chill and the people he has working for him are knowledgeable and well trained. Went to CPR on Laurens ST where Birds and Butterflies use to be. Cell phone wouldnt ring nor could you hear anything from the phone. I waited about 10 minutes and he had my phone fixed. I had taken it to another business to have battery replaced . After that phone wouldnt ring or make anykind of sound . No parts needed. He was very professional and polite.
