I get my business shirts there and most of the time she has time to even chat with you she will. She has great memory on what you ordered and checks carefully when order is complete. When asked if she would charge to remove horseshoes she said she didnt have to and new shirt is beautiful

Iv ordered from them in the past. Paid and picked.up on time. That was 5 years ago. I ordered 3 shirts on last Friday. Its been a week. I couldnt pick up on Friday which is pickup time so I said id be in Saturday. She said I could come in at 12p up till 5p bc it would be ready early.Here I am waiting bc they hadnt started. Walked in at 410p its.now 513p. a major discount bc of unprofessional

The T-Shirt Shoppe was amazing. My sister and I went in on a Tuesday after the passing of our father and ordered double-sided photo shirts and masks. They were all ready for pickup on Thursday evening, as promised. She has even answered some of our other questions since the service concerning service flags. They were all really professional and kind. I will use them again and again.

I went in this establishment on 09Nov2020 around 4pm to get some shirts made for Military Awareness month. The lady that was sitting at the desk didn’t greet me, then I notice she was on the phone, so I was like oh that’s why. Then I looked around at some of shirts that was hanging up. Then I proceeded to the desk where the lady was sitting at, she finished her conversation on the phone and still didn’t say nothing to me just walked right pass me like I wasn’t standing there to go and talk to someone else that was working in the back. So I walked out. This is how you treat your Veterans! I will never return

These ladies were absolutely amazing! I came in last minute to order a t-shirt for my grandsons 2nd birthday. Even with doing homecoming orders for 3 different schools, they squeezed us in and had it completed within 20 minutes. My sister and I came on on the 26th of June and purchased a shirt with a print on it for a three year olds birthday.. The shirt was promised to use on July 1st. It wasnt ready so my sister was told they would mail it to her because she lives out if town. After a week of being told the shirt was mailed we were given our money back. We were told the shirt had been mailed but as of today July 17th we still have not seen this shirt.. I was given a tracking number but when used it said no package available. As far as the staff goes I dont feel like we were helped very much.. I felt like we were given the go around. As for me and my family we will not be using this store anymore...

I went in last Wednesday and requested 4 shirts be made. I brought in 2 shirts and purchased 2 from this store. I was told they would be ready by today. After calling in the morning and going by around 4 PM, they are still not ready. I prepaid $51 for FOUR t-shirts, which is outrageous alone, and they still are not done. I will be using another store from now on or going to Hobby Lobby and doing it myself.

Went to purchase a shirt on 3/14/19 for pickup on 3/19/19. When I arrived at the store at 6:00pm to pick up my shirt found out they haven’t even started the shirt. Stated that pick up time is between 5:30-6:30 n they had 30 more mins to get the shirt done. So I request a refund n Ms. Betty the owner stated I could get a store credit or they can leave my shirt outside n I can pick it up later. 1st off why would I want a store credit if u cant get this shirt I want to me on time. My shirt should have been ready by 5:30 given they had plenty of time to work on it. I have used there service before and never have I had this worst experience. I will never do business with them again. Wish u well with your business.

Worst experience ever..The young lady who works there has a terrible attitude when answering the phone. They took my money and didnt even have my order ready when it was time to pick it up. Their excuse was I was gonna call you.I wouldnt waste my time or money 🤷🏽‍♀️
