24 out of 31 flavors shown, several flavors missing. The sink overflowed all over the floor, one employee had ridiculous dreadlocks hanging in face, appeared dirty. Disgusting. Then at bottom of my single scoop cup, I found nasty black stuff in the bottom of my rainbow sherbert . Thats not supposed to be there! Threw the last bite away. Never going back

Every time I go to this baskin robbing they are out of bananas for banana splits no vanilla ice cream and the ice cream has big chumps of ice. Will be the last time needs better management and better customer service. Disappointment

HORRIBLE service and staff there. They saw me coming and and didn’t greet me and made me wait ten mins while there was no customers. She wouldn’t let me try the flavors and told me that they can’t put toppings on my ice cream. She was rolling her eyes and was disrespectful. Never been to a worst baskin Robin ever !!!!!! DONT COME HERE!!!!!!

This was my first time here on vacay and I took my mom and kids here for a treat. Our cashier/server greeted us and got our products out in a decent time. The treats were good and it was pretty affordable. But based off the reviews Im seeing AFTER having went there, I probably wont go back because that was possibly sheer luck to have had good service.

I had to give one star in order to leave a review. They do not deserve a single star! I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but they still suck! They can never keep anyone there to work. The manager her self is very rude! I simply asked for a bag for the two ice-cream orders I had and she rolled her eyes and shut the window in my face. The other girl came to the window and my ice cream was melted all over the place and she stuck it in a paper bag that developed a hole from melted ice cream so she put the ice cream the paper bag inside a plastic bag and said I wasnt holding my ice cream right. Seriously! This place needs to be shut down! I will find another place to go for better service and better ice cream!

Probably the worst baskin Robbins I’ve ever been to they should definitely be shut down.

They don’t even answer the phone and when I went there the workers here have no clue about there menu. SORRY workers

The employees at this establishment are some of the rudest individuals I have ever come across. You are employed of your own volition and delivering quality customer service is part of your job description. At least two of the individuals whom were working 1/1/2019 after 5 PM should be released. You do not snap at a customer and pop an attitude while the customer is only trying to give you their order. Furthermore...if something isnt going to be available perhaps you should inform the customer before theyve already paid. Horrible service all around...owners/management and yourselves should be ashamed.

Nice place although there quite a few flavors you can not get if you ask. One of them is Chocolate Chip. Your can get a quart of it, but not a scoop. This place also gets hit for having somewhat unfriendly personnel, but I havent really seen that.

Always out of the flavor ice cream I want. Last time I asked for THREE DIFFERENT flavors, and they did not have any of them. And never ask for sorbet flavors because they never have it.So much for a Baskin robins in Aiken. Why be open of you never have any ice cream?!

Service was very slow.between standing at the register and getting my order, it took about 15 minutes. No joke. I dont fault the workers, but fault the owners and managers who keep the staff short handed and overworked to save more money for themselves.

No way on Earth this place deserves one star, minus 100 is more like it. Customer service absolutely sucks. Very unfriendly, rude when I ask for more hot fudge on my sundae cause it had 2 drops. Guy waiting on my family had dreads which he was continusly tossing around and tangling in the ice cream flavors. Evidently I should have read the reviews before I went there. Seems like this place needs to be shut down.

If I could give a zero I would. How do you go from using chemicals for cleaning to touching hair then making someones food? Or the other employee smoking then going straight inside and making food?! Absolutely no hand washing. Store was also dirty. DHEC will hear of it. They also clearly do not want to be there. Worst kind of business.

Doesnt have any flavors ever in stock and what they have looks months old. You get severe attitude when asking a question. My best advice is...dont, just dont.

I wish I could give zero stars, because thats what they deserve. Now, correct me if Im wrong, but most people get ice cream on Sunday, as they always have, hence the name Sundae.So, I bring my nephew, nieces, cousins, and various other friends and family up here last Sunday, to get treats. Theyre out of half of the flavors of ice cream, including the base flavors or chocolate and vanilla? Are you kidding me? No, they claim they were defrosting the cooler, and the ice cream was in the back, being stored at -20. They refused to go back there and break out that ice cream. No problem, well just get sundaes. Nope! Theyre out of bananas, too. So, undeterred, we settle for an ice cream cake, some of the quart sized prepacked ice cream out front, ice cream waffle cones, and other stuff that was available. They wouldnt give us a knife to cut the cake with, and, they wouldnt give us paper plates or napkins. They claimed they didnt have any. Luckily, I keep a picnic set in my truck and we were able to procure these items.At no point were we welcomed in, invited to place our orders, or thanked for our business, after sliding the bank card. Responses from the workers were terse and cold. We could feel the disdain from them for daring to trespass onto their lair so late in the afternoon.They should feel lucky that my wife has passed away, or, she would have put a major verbal beatdown on them for this type of attitude towards these kids.Ill never go back.

Horrible customer service!! When we walked up to the front of the store both associates were outside and one of them was sitting at the table smoking. We went inside and one of the girls followed us inside and asked what we wanted without washing her hands first. She had no smile and no emotion in her voice. When i asked her what a flavor was that had no description she pretended that she didnt hear me. She mumbled questions so quietly that i couldnt hear her and when she asked the question a second time it was with a lot of attitude. The thing that pushed me to posting a review of the store was when i went to get a few napkins for my kids every napkin dispenser was empty. When i asked the girl if they had any napkins the girl turned and told me you will have to wait i am helping someone else with a lot of attitude. This is the girl who was outside smoking- maybe she could have filled the napkins up instead of smoking 3 feet from the front door so the customers dont have to walk their children through a cloud of smoke to walk inside the store. We will NEVER return to this establishment.

Ordered a black coffee in the drive threw, sat at the window for 10 minutes and THE COFFEE NEVER CAME. Finally the lady comes to the window, and tells me she got busy at the counter, i could see the counter from were i sat for 10 minutes.... there was no on there.Next trip i came in for munchkins for my four year old, i stood at the counter, while 2 employees ignored me for 5 minutes then finally came over to give short, not happy, service.Today i sent my coworker for coffee, 1. they were out of pumpkin, 2. they put all the cream in one coffee, and all the sugar in the other?! WHO DOES THAT?

The wifi hot spot is the bonus here. This place was very clean, the service was fast, the wifi was quick to log in and the internet speed is decent.
