If I could give zero stars I would. Their shelves are mostly empty. They order to much of things that dont sell & not enough of what does sell. The aisles & shelves are blocked by boxes & crates. Actually most of your stores are like this. You have enough stores making money, why dont you hire more ppl to work a shift instead of only 2 at a time? You should hire stockers so the cashiers have time to take care of the customers. If your stores werent so cheap youd go out of business. Well shop at the new family dollar in Jackson until this store improves. Every time we go to this store we have to go somewhere else afterwards anyway. We only shop here because its close to our house but we usually have to drive to new ellenton or Jackson afterwards. It also takes to much time to check out because no one watches the register for customers.

They couldn’t take any form of electronic payment😳 I don’t know about you, but I don’t carry cash. The credit card machine was down. What😐 Is this a business?

The shelves were fairly stocked this time. I hope they find some workers to keep the store running smoothly. (Might help if they paid better..JS)

Store needs to get product out of the shipping boxes and onto the shelves. The place could Also use a good cleaning and is understaffed. Good for a limited selection of items. The store is convenient. If there were other options close by to shop Id go there instead.

This ranks up as one of the worst DG stores Ive been to I wish I could give a negative star rating. The cashier was a blatant liar regarding cash back had to call corporate twice on these folks because the so called manager that followed up on my original submission lied too after I just got confirmation on procedure from corporate. I recommend driving on to Family Dollar if this DG store is your only option but if youre forced to shop here please call corporate & report any poor service theyre keeping records.

Having Dollar Generals in the community affords quick purchases without having to travel further to bigger stores. Great selections.Busy cooking and realized there was no instant masked mashed potato mix. #gofigure Dollar General saved me.

This place has the rudest cashier ever!! This person was working around 2:00 p.m. today!! She doesnt give you the sale price because she said it was up to the distributor. Then take the sign down!!! Shame on me for not getting her name. She needs fired!!

Nice customer service

The employees here are always pleasant. I left my cell phone on the checkout counter and a $10 bill was inside the cell phone wallet. Needless to say, when I asked if they had found a cell phone, she handed it to me and the $10 was still inside the wallet. I really need to say a big Thank You to the girl for being so helpful. Im sure she knows who she is. This happened around 330 friday on oct.4, 2019.

The cashier was very nice and patient. The store was easy to navigate through and I found everything I needed no problems.

Just another DG location, but its well maintained, and the cashier was nice, but the newer store layout with high ceilings makes feel like a mini wearhouse.
