I would steer clear of this location Alta if youre wanting good customer service or pleasant counter help. This is the second time my family has been there and have received rude service. Someone needs to train these folks on better personality skills because they dont belong in the public face. We have been to many other altas which provide superb customer service but this location is extremely lacking. As being in the customer service field for many years we made a point to be pleasant with customers and even in times where others may think theyre handling rude customers you got to be above that. The review under this one is not far off. Please considering hiring pleasant help or give incentives to current employees that will help them provide better customer service. In this case which happened today October 10th at approximately 10:55 a.m. please address this with the female manning the counter at that time.

Will pull a gun on you and assume your robbing them!!! Also, closes when he want to, not at 9. Has happened multiple times. Better get there before 8 45pm or the doors will be locked

A sit down convenient Store 👌

Diesel Fuel is cheap because fuel filters are not!!! I won’t be back ever!! I got stranded due to dirty fuel. $350 in fuel filters I finally got home. No fun changing filters on the side of the highway!! First filter only made it 30 miles and was plugged!!!

This convenience store is in a convenient spot. Its right off the main highway just west of Alamosa.

Its great. very friendly and cost is reasonable. we came there all the time.

Gas cheaper than other places next to it. Quick refill, clean bathrooms.
