Yet help wherever they can. They listen to want youre saying. Very friendly and down to earth. Prices are the best in town too! Although, Id pay a little more for their kind of customer service. Albert Lea Slumberland is an awesome place to shop. No pressure… just walk around and get ideas as you look at all their beautiful displays. When I had a question, Adam had the answer! I love the coffee table I purchased.

I went to Slumberland Furniture in Albert Lea, MN to buy a mattress. The fellow there was super nice (I didnt catch his name) I was able to buy one & picking it up tomorrow.

We did our research on what we wanted so we appreciated a quick sale without pressure of anything else. And we also appreciate the leg work being done over the phone since we don’t have much availability to be there in person.

Tried out multiple mattresses. Was not planning on buying anything today but the guys answered all of my many questions. They helped narrow down that I prefer a type of mattress.

Willis was very knowledgeable about the Tempurpedic adjustable bases. We ended up getting one and also bought our daughter a mattress. He was so personable; it was like doing business with a friend. Look forward to working with him again

I had a good 👍 experience while I was there to purchase a new recliner, the staff took me to the area where I was shown the various chairs.He then left me to try different recliners and when I chose the one that I was happy with he came back to the area I was in, I had decided on the best one for me, and then helped me purchase it.Delivery was scheduled for the following day, and they removed my old chair as well.

They charge and arm and a leg for delivery. Almost $100! You think after giving them business and spending $650 on a bed, that they would offer free delivery. Nope. $90+. And they tried to sell me a mattress cover/protector for $80+ when I found one at Walmart for $20/$25. Greedy!Did have the best deals on a bed though. 3.5 stars.

Excellent help deciding which mattress was right for us. No pressure. We visited twice before making a decision. I highly recommend these guys if you want a large selection, and no pressure help.

My husband and I had a great experience shopping Slumberland today. The salesman was so nice, informative and helped us with no pressure. We went for a mattress and found exactly what we needed with just 1 week delivery time. We even picked out our next couple purchases. The prices are gray for our budget and again the customer service was excellent. Our son and fiancé just bought there first home so we will definitely be sending them to Slumberland.

The staff was very helpful but what I wanted they did not have in stock so now I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks. If you now you dont have stuff in stock they should have ordered at lea as tc2 to have in stock not a good look

Shopping for a mattress and box spring was easy. The sales person was casual and made the experience quick and comfortable. He didnt try to push sales or big ticket items. He was knowledgeable. Im able to have the new mattress delivered and the old taken away for me which Im happy with.

Bunch of junk. Wife bought the cheap bedroom set. It fell apart within days...had slumberland Albert lea “repair” them. They brought them back stapled, not nailed or screwed together...when u staple furniture together you’re buying junk...they say we should have bought a more top of the line set. Don’t sell junk!!! Will never do business with any of them ever.
