My daughter had the perfect car in mind - a green 2003 VW beetle. She found it on their website and we live 5 hours away in Wisconsin. From the first contact we had with the dealership, they valued our time as much as our business. The communication was fantastic and they had a sense of urgency with every question or need we had. When we pulled into the dealership, they made our daughter feel like she was the most important customer they had ever had. She still talks about that day as the Best Day Ever! What a great place to go if youre in a pinch. My car broke down on Monday afternoon at 3 PM. They got me in and fixed by 5PM. I was able to drive back to Wisconsin to get home for my next day appointment. Thanks to the service department and the mechanic on duty that day. Great people. I recommend this place to anyone that live there and are traveling through.

The service department is awesome. Our truck had a check engine light come on our way home from South Dakota to Wisconsin. Service department had us up and on the road in 45 minutes. They were so awesome offered us a loaner car if our truck had to stay to make sure we could make it home. Way to go above and beyond. Great service. Thank you thank you

Horrible customer service. Called to order parts, three days later was called and informed that my parts have arrived. Drove 60 miles one way to get parts and They only had half of what I ordered. And to top it off I was told Parts/Service/Sales were all open Saturdays until Noon. Wrong. Noone was available to help that knew anything. Needless to say I will never do business with Dave Syverson Volkswagen again.

My check engine light came on 1,500 miles from home, I was able to make an appointment. I took my truck in to get looked at, great customer service and friendly staff. Mechanic spoke with me directly about the findings, explained what and why they were checking items. Downfall, the part is 5 days out to be delivered to the shop and my vacation time ends at the end of the week. This is not the dealerships fault, is a Chrysler/Dodge/Ram problem as a whole. Now I am booking a flight back to Vegas, then in a few weeks flying back ovee Labor Day weekend to get my truck to make the two day drive back to Vegas.

I only received one set of keys for my van and I called and asked how much for the second set of key and I was told 225. I feel that is a little much since i never recieved a second key to my van. Otherwise great place to get a vehicle

Would not recommend, went today to trade in my vehicle for a 3rd row one. And one of the salesman (older gentlemen) didnt say his name, but he was very unprofessional. Seems like he didnt want nothing to do with us no smile no nothing and actually said to me and my husband that hes afraid that we might be wasting each other time. I thought car salesman suppose to help you get a car instead of basically telling us to go away. Very disappointing place! Take your business somewhere else. Have to give them one star but really no stars 👎

Brought a car in for oil change and transmission flush. 2 tires, and key. We ended up spending over $1400. Will never bring a vehicle in there again. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Run away quickly from this place. You will be far better served to take the extra time to go to Rochester or Owatonna. We bought a used car from here. That was mistake one, they treat used car buyers as second class citizens and just an inconvenience to doing business. The car we bought has been an excellent trainer in auto repair. They covered up a bent frame, and some engine issues which they also left parts inside for us to find. Like some sort of treasure hunt. I have spent at least $3000 to date just to keep the car on the road. They also force used car buyers to purchase a $3 grand warranty to qualify for their financing. This actually covers nothing, in fact when I tried to use it the shop manager said he would not summit the bill to the warranty as it was to expense. I complained all the way up to the shop manager, when asked what could he do to make this right I suggested refunding the above warranty he never called back. Im assuming the money goes to sales bonuss. You will have a far far far better time walking through a prison wearing only a thong then stopping here for any reason. There are far better choices around, even a bike shop downtown.

My experience was awesome! They treat you like family. I didnt buy new but great atmosphere my sales guy nick down to earth. Knows how to keep it real. I bought a chrysler 200 from here and its awesome!

Had my vehicle in for some recalls and an oil change. Very friendly staff. Quality work was done. Received a loaner car for a day. Reasonable prices.

Horrible experience! Dont go here! The salesman Aaron was unprofessional. I had tp call several times to get update at every call hed say he would call me back with info hours would pass by and Id get a vague text with no details. Also he had me to finance a car that someone else was looking at and when the other person backed out and we were working on my finance he pressured me that someone else wanted it and didnt give me the same respect he gave the other buyer. Definitely not satisfied the service was unacceptable.

Car broke down on I-35 on a Sunday night. On Monday morning, they immediately diagnosed what was wrong, got the part and put two guys on it to get me back and running by 1pm on Monday. I felt like I was their top priority. Would recommend for service for sure!
