Not only Nicolas, everyone in the store was helpful. I had a new phone that I needed set up and Nicolas patiently explained some features to me. All in all a great experience and I would recommend the store to other people.

Staff was very good, Verizon systems to change phones seems outdated and excessively using far more time than seems necessary.

OMG I was customer for 20 plus years with sprint and when they joined together t-mobile the service sucks. My son has been trying to get us to switch over. I so glad I did. One of the few verizon stores available in our area, have used their services a few years now and I like what they do. The wife and I shop there when we need new phones which is every couple years. Always very helpful and will help you pick out a new phone and acceseries if your not sure about the different phones. If you cant pay for the phone they have payment plans to choose from. With the corona virus going on you need to call them to make an appointment, you can walk in but you may have to wait awhile. Mask required so please bring your mask. Very nice people and very helpful..I do recommend them, they have never disappointed us!

Im very pleased with the service I was provided with today at Wireless World. I was hesitant about trying to get a new phone over my lunch hour. From past experiences it took 2-3 hours to purchase and setup a new phone. Ashton was very knowledgeable and made me feel like my time mattered. The customer service at the Albert Lea, MN store far surpassed my expectations. Our visit should have taken 1 hour but due to call center wait times it took 4 hours. During this time, Stefan juggled several clients along with call center hold time single handedly. He put in extra time beyond his shift to wait with us on hold. He made a paper airplane for the kids when they started to peg waiting and we were the only customers. He should be a corporate store manager especially if this is made a corporate store. I am a sergeant of 20 years... he has the empathy and patience of a good leader.
