I purchased a gun in Florida and had it transfered it to this store. I was greeted by the manager, Will, who took the time to help me with the paperwork to get the gun in my name. I appreciate his time. I will be back to visit again!!

I had them do firearms transfers for GunBroker purchases from out of state sellers. I can’t say enough about how satisfied I am with their service. Their professionalism made the transactions easy and stress free. The staff are fantastic. The service is quick. They are very knowledgeable and super interesting to discuss various models of guns with. They are meticulous at doing the paperwork correctly. And their prices are the fairest in town. Staff is pretty cool. However, prices are a bit unreasonable in my opinion. Im not going to pretend to know the ends-and-outs to a pawn shop. But the mark up in here is absurd to me. Could be due the pandemic though. Like I said.. customer service was still pleasant.No need to clarify why your prices are high. Just cant due business with you currently. Im sure in the near future things will change. Thanks for your time though.

(Revised)This place has a great gun selection I was excited to purchase my 1st gun threw them.i bought the Stevens 320 brand new.1st they dropped my gun leaving it marked up.I figured they wouldve tried to cover the damage or discount the gun but didnt and I was very upset to find out the true price of the gun it was a $100 cheaper elsewhere.They said they would do me rite on the next purchase so I came in and saw a few things that caught my eye and was told hes knocking $100-$200 off my next purchase.Thanks for be honest and not shade me out.See you soon

These gentlemen are fair. You wont get over on them.... but you wont get violated either. They tend to err on the side of professionalism, and that is how I prefer it. I always feel like I learned some minutiae about silver, or firearms after a stop by. Good establishment. 10/10 would recommend.

The atmosphere here is great. Its like being a home striking up a good conversation. They let you look with no overbearingness. I always call this place before I check anywhere else. This is also where I got my wifes engagement ring. A couple guns for myself. And hopefully in the near future a wedding band for myself. Prices are fair and current not overly inflated. Wide selection of guitars, a decent assortment of jewlery and electronics. But TBH Ive only used them for transfers and purchases of firearms and I have to say the staff ive interacted with were professional courteous and extremely helpful. I will be a repeat customer. As far as pawn goes Ive never pawned items with them but I suspect they would be fair and honest. Just my opinion, for whatvits worth.

Someone here damaged the collectible firearm I had transferred and tried to blame the shipping company (Opplemans lost the packaging needed for a claim) or the seller (who had the forethought to take pictures of the rifle in pristine condition before they sent it). If you need an FFL dont use this one.

Great experience with the owner and workers, they purchased some jewelry from me that I no longer used, I got more from it than I ever expected!

All of the gentlemen in the store were less then helpful. We had called and set up a meeting time for us to sell him some electronic items and discussed prices and items prior to making drive to his location. Upon meeting at the retail store he came to our vehicle to see the items. After his quick look, he wanted to do his own research and returned to the store......where he proceeded to help, and subsequently purchase an item from a customer that walked in just behind him. After waiting for the store owner to finish the new deal with the new customer he returned to assisting me. He had originally quoted us $20 for a brand new, never been open, in a factory sealed boxed item, as we stood before him, his new offer was $2.00. After bartering and questioning his ethics, he doubled his offer to $4.00.We left without a deal.

I had to put my trust in Opplemans as there was no time to shop around - and my trust was well placed! Jesse the owner was very helpful and patient with my discombobulated request. I wanted to pick out a wedding ring for my new stepdad to give to my mom for their wedding today - which was quickly planned and happened super fast. I couldnt guarantee I could make it in before the nuptials but Jesse looked at what they had, made a suggestion and advised the price, and graciously assured me there were plenty of nice, affordable options should I show up. I sneakily borrowed my moms other ring and ran to Opplemans where Jesse checked the size and found a very nice ring in the right size and within the desired price range. In addition, the store was very polished yet unpretentious and welcoming. I highly recommend Opplemans.

I’m not very happy with this place. I think they rip people off. I understand having to have a little meat on the bone but I took $20 worth of what they say is 60/40 silver half dollars and around 20 silver rings and they offer me $60. If what they say is right about the half dollars they ar worth around $120 on there own. After I got home and did some research I found out about the price.Just a warning if you enter this place of business do your research first and prepare to get screwed.

BLACK FRIDAY NOT OPEN!!Ive been trying to stop in opplemans for some time now and finally made it yesterday; in my search for a new bass. And was quickly distracted by the quality of the items they had no junk in sight !!! The younger guy who was there was very helpful. The fire arms were at unbeatable prices and I plan to go back very soon to see if we can make a package deal on one possibly two fire arms and the guitar. I really enjoyed going to this shop. The first time I went I sold a firearm and I feel I got a great price. The next two times I went, I sold jewelry (gold and silver). I was also very happy with the service at those times. But.. The last 2 times I have been in I have felt a bit scammed. I had just went in today and took a rather decent amount of jewelry (gold and silver). They decided they would by some of each but only offered me $40 for everything. I took the money and got back the jewelry they didnt want. Well when arriving home and checking what jewelry they had gave me back, I realized they kept more then they made it seem. I feel taken advantage of. I really feel taken advanrage of after today. I understand a store has to make money. But I dont appreciate being told they are buying for silver value to melt down and then the next time I go in, I see 3 of my former rings for sale in their display for much much much more then silver melt price. Just really felt like I could trust this company and after today i wont be returning. I have sold a lot of good jewelry there and am really disappointed over my visit today.... Be careful if you think you can fully trust Thier transactions. I feel they had started to take advantage of my trust in their services.

Can i buy my ring back along with my silver? I didn’t realize it had sentimental value. I found out they were my grandpa’s. It was silver with two small diamonds and had ford inscribed on it. Also a silver hopi money clip. You gave me 16.50$

I have done many transactions at Opplemans and I can say they are friendly and professional, even if a deal cant be made. You helped me not have to fall into the payday loan trap. I work in retail and I know first hand the customer may not always be right. Sometimes emotions can run high, but at the end of the day you cant make all of the people happy all of the time. 1st choice to stop! Ive said it once, and Ill say it again, the staff here is the best! They are extreme friendly, and even when with other customers, they have always taken the time to greet me smile. Not to mention taking time talk to my children, in addition to letting them actually look at anything they find interesting. Its is always wonderful to go into a place of business and have small children recognized. It shows the company is very family oriented which makes me feel welcomed. Even my most recent visit was on my daughter birthday, and she was so excited to leave with a DVD of her choice. I am always 100% completly satisfied with the service I have always received. They always go above and beyond my expectations, and certainly will always havey businessGreat Job!

This place is an absolute joke from the employees, to the merchandise, to the appearance of the store itself, to their incredibly insulting barterting tactics. My experience has been very bad, they charge more than any pawn shop within 50 miles and they wouldnt give me a one day extensions because I was out of the state, They were trying to steal my item bottom line. I read a lot of posts and they kept saying friendly but that is the last thing these guys are. I felt a shadiness right away and should have walked out but didnt. However I will never do business with those idiots ever again no matter how desperate I might become

I’m pretty upset with this place. Jesse to be exact. I went in looking for a smart tv, and from the moment I went in he was pushing this 24” lg. I wanted to see the 32” but I wasn’t happy with the maker so I looked at the 24”. I asked if it was a smart tv, he said yes. I needed it for netflix/youtube and video games. I was honest, I haven’t owned a tv in well over 12 years. Don’t really care for traditional television. So Jesse tells me its a “roku” tv, and taking him at his word I decided to buy. He said $100 cash or $109 with the card. Of course I chose cash, no receipt was given and honestly I didn’t think I would need it. I got home and after messing with it for awhile I google the model number. Its not a smart tv. Now I’m out $100 and no way to do anything about it. And I still need a smart tv! Smooth. Real smooth.

I trust Opplemans 100%. The owner is knowledgeable, friendly, and provides the best customer service. I bought many sports memorabilia items from them with the top coas. The game system, games and DVDs were all in great shape and fairly priced.
