Dulando is a professional company from beginning to the end! In this day and age where quality work and doing what you say you will do is in short supply, it is refreshing to find a contractor that does both well. I guess that is how they have stayed in business for so long. Amy in the office was always pleasant and knowledgeable. Even when I knew she was super busy she answered my questions and always made me feel I was welcome to call at any time. The crew that came out knew what they were doing. I found out they had been with the company for over 10 years. That said a lot to me. I even found their general manager to be engaging. Usually those types are standoffish and grumpy. We had a composite roof and screen enclosure installed over our pool...incredibly pleased with the finished product. Danny was our initial contact, he was great! Easy to get in contact with and always responsive-whether it was a phone or text. Amy, in the front office, is the shining star of this company. She is ALWAYS happy!!!! Dulando exceeded our expectations! We were excited to add a sunroom to the back of our home, and pour a new driveway and entryway in the front of the house. We finally decided to replace the 40 year old screened porch on our home. I got 3 estimates. Dulando was the lowest price and we accepted. Price was a factor, as we were unsure what all the builder would find behind the old structure. So that gave us a little buffer. But a few other reasons won them the job. Danny came out to price it and we found him to be very knowledgeable, and he presented the company well. He had a section of the roof they use & a brochure. Danny explained the process and the material used. Also a factor - you dont stay in business over 50 years by doing shoddy work or scamming folks. Jeremy & Chase did the tear down and the install. Both friendly & personable, they worked non-stop and efficiently. Jeremy answered any questions we had and kept us updated. Back at Dulandos office, Amy was our contact. She kept us informed the whole way thru, and answered all our questions. She was on top of everything, and quickly responded to calls & emails. We now have a wonderful, dry, bug free space again! We highly recommend Dulando for your screen & awning needs!

It is difficult to give an objective review when your process was an ordeal and it took four months to be completed. We extended our lanai and did a screen enclosure, but our problems started when the deck drain location was changed from what we were initially told, followed by incorrect measurements that resulted in panels that were too short and delayed the installation, unfinished items left after the installation and a side door that wouldn’t open freely and failed inspection twice.We do have to recognize that they worked with us until the project was “completed and we have an enclosure with working doors, however, the process to get there was less than satisfactory.So if we were to summarize our experience, the best way would be by answering some basic questions:Did we get a screen enclosure at the end? YesDid they provide good customer service until the project was completed? YesDid it meet the expectations that we had when we signed up? NoWas the job completed with attention to detail? NoWould we do it all over again? NoWould we recommend to a friend? Unfortunately, no.

Dulando extended past our lanai and created extra patio space. Now we have extra space for outdoor furniture, fire pit, grill, and small child blow up pool etc. They did a wonderful job and are posting our photos for us. Special thanks to Amy and Ítalo who were major help during the process. It takes a few months but quality over quantity.

If you live in Orange City, don’t consider these guys. I’ve been trying to get an estimate for MONTHS! Called back in February and got no return. Called back and told them I’m still waiting and still never called. I brushed it off and just decided not to go with Dulando. Reconsidered recently and called 2 weeks ago and was told I should receive a call within a week to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and give an estimate. Called back again to see what the heck is going on, and I was told that an email was sent and the boss was courtesy copied on the email so I can finally get an estimate. STILL NO RETURNED CALL!! How do you guys even make money if you don’t follow up on requests??! I literally just want a quote. Guess you don’t want business. Don’t go with these guys.

Had a screen enclosure done about 3 years ago. I was initially happy with the work and customer service however recently, a seam in the super gutter started leaking and despite my efforts to fix it, I cant stop the leak. I called them and the only help they offered was to tell me to caulk it. Thing is, the seam in the super gutter shouldn’t have been there, they cut it too short and then sealed the cut. That seal has broken down and now 3 years after install I have a leaky gutter. A good company stands behind their work regardless of a warranty. Especially when it’s a workmanship issue. I would not recommend this company.

If I can give more then 5 stars I would. I contacted dulando to give me a estimate to install a back patio roof. I had other estimates from other companies and decided to go with dulando because they were the only company that was honest with me. Gave a fair price and didnt try and cut corners. From start to finish i was very impressed with this company. The sales guy Ted came out and gave us a estimate to get the work done. He told us about the wait with permits and said if they could do it earlier they will. I contacted them regarding a update on the istulation and they said they would get it done sooner because we had a party at our house and i told them the date. They said they would make sure it was done before my party. Installation guy came out (Don) to install the roof. He was incredibly from start to finish. He was very meticulous with the job to make sure that it was done correctly and making sure I was happy with it. He went above and beyond what was expected. Now what can I say about Amy?? She is a great asset to your company sshe has great customer service and I never felt rushed when I called her to bother her about the permits. She came to my house to drop off the permit and answered all the questions I had. If you are looking for a screen or awning definitely use this company.. thank you dulando screen and awning 👍👍👍👍

This company has been amazing from start to finish. Danny was meticulous in laying out our huge screen enclosure, and he thought of so many key details that would have never occurred to us.While waiting for the county to approve our plan, the girls in the office (Amy and Kayla and maybe another?) were ON IT with info and timelines, always helpful with great attitudes (not common in customer service these days).We needed concrete pavers poured and that team was also fantastic—they were experts at their craft, polite, efficient—really excellent. The head guy (sorry, I forgot his name!) went to special effort to work around several odd details of our area, making sure to do it perfectly, and they left NO mess.Then, when the actual screen team came (Charlie and Rich), we couldn’t have been more impressed. They did such a nice job, cleaned up neatly each afternoon, and were happy to ask us exactly how we wanted things done if there was any question. Every phase of this project made us feel like we were in the hands of superb professionals and we were SO glad we didn’t go with some cheap little company to save a few dollars. We just had our pool lanai rescreened and are very pleased with the result. The team was efficient, cleaned up well, and did a nicer job than was originally done by the builder. We had received a quote quickly by the sales rep and there was immediate followup for any questions. The only criticism is the unrealistic expectation we were given for when the work was to be started. We would have understood if told that it may be one to two months. But we were told one to two weeks after the deposit was received. After not hearing anything for almost a month, I called to find out the status. Amy (very personable and helpful) then worked with me to make sure we were placed on the schedule and everything proceeded along fine. Overall, we would use Dulando again for the quality of work and reasonable price.

OUTSTANDING JOB Dulando !!!!!!! I am so very pleased with the screening job Dulando Screening did on the screening of my lanai and my front door. They also extended my lanai by adding 15 feet of concrete. Matt the sales guy sold me the service and was a phone call away when I needed him. This man knows his stuff. I had a plan in my mind on how I wanted the additional length to look. Matt in his really nice way, showed me a better way to extend my lanai and saved me some money. Its been over 7 months since installation, everything is still great.From the start, the Salesman worked around my schedule, provided a price that I felt was fair.They were able to work in a tight time constraint.They workers did a great job maintaining their debris during construction.I use the 23x23 patio daily and feel it made a once a small area enjoyable.Again months later Id highly recommend.

I recently built a house in New Smyrna Beach but currently live in New York. I was most pleased with the willingness of Matt and his team to work with me long distance. Matt made suggestions on materials as well as come up with a great design for my screened in lanai. They did it all from the permit approval to the last correction to stop excessive water which was pouring off the roof by making a couple of small adjustments to alleviate the issue. We just had a pool enclosure installed by Dulando and they are the best!!!! From Danny the salesman to Amy and Autumn in the office and finally Glen who did the installation!!! Every step was seamless with no problems and our new room looks absolutely Awesome!!!!

Very Professional people and awesome job. I needed a new screened - in patio. I called many other companies before them, but chose Dulando Screen and Awning and I am glad. They were very professional when they spoke with me and their work was awesome. Everything Danny told me happened and he came out a couple of times to measure and make sure of what I wanted done. Other companies that came out tried to sell me a patio that I didnt want and bad-mouthed other companies while pressuring me to sign a contract. Danny never did that and was totally professional. There were 2 men that came out to take down my old patio and 2 men to put up the new one. They all were very nice and knew what they were doing. They did it fast and in a professional manner. I was shocked at how they did it so perfect. They also picked up the mess from the old patio fast and started the new one right away. They swept the patio out when completed. It was a pleasure working with them. The office manager Autumn was real nice to me on the phone. I am very happy that I used them. I wish other companies were like them.

I am extremely pleased with our new screened in patio!! Allen was great in helping me plan what exactly what we needed. He was very instrumental when I had questions or whatever the need may be. Also, the concrete guy, Tad, was great in making sure the patio pad was perfect. He was a perfectionist like myself and he made sure it was perfect before the screen was added. My wife and I are so pleased with our decision to use Dulando. After they started, several neighbors came by and said they had used Dulando in the past and was a great choice on my part. Every person they sent out here to prep the pad, pour the pad, paint the paid, as well as add the screen was utmost professional in getting the job done and done perfect. If you need a screen patio, Dulando can get it done! By the way, I used Bombay Beige for color and love it. Awesome!!!!

I am extremely pleased with the quality and time spent in replacing my Florida room destroyed by the hurricane. All I had was a 27x12 slab of tile left which was surveyed and installed better than the old room. The office staff followed up on the progress and were so friendly and pleasant to talk to. Fred the installer was so nice and polite. He is quite a craftsman. The screen portion was done in 2 days including the insulated roof. It did take a few weeks for the windows to come in, but again, Fred showed up and did an excellent job. I was able to enjoy the beautiful screen room while waiting for the windows. I would recommend Dulando for their high quality of work. Thanks!

This job was poorly executed from beginning to end. And now, a year after completion, many of the screen seams are coming apart. Extremely poor workmanship. Poorly managed. And poorly constructed. Avoid this contractor.construction

Dulando Screen did not follow my written instruction costing more time and costly repairs. After 6 months the job is still not finished. Avoid this company at all cost. Terrible customer service. Terrible product.

Dulando installed a new screen room. 300sq ft. Looks amazing. Fred who built the room worked hard and was very patient and professional I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality screen room

From beginning to end service was outstanding. They built our new carport. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. All everyone has to keep in mind is that nothing moves fast in permitting but once permitting was complete the carport was built in a couple days.Driveway pavers had to come up for footers to be poured and even the paver company they work with made sure all was perfectly level when replaced to make sure no puddling occured at the footer.

Are you able to repair leaks to existing aluminum patios?

I had a great experience with this company. The house I purchased already had a screen built. I had leaks coming from many places that could not be located from several contactors I hired that claimed they could. I spoke with Candy a few times asking as repairing isnt there specialty as preferred new builds due to liability which I totally understand owning a business and not being held liable for other companies less than quality work. I asked Candy just to send out Dan to do some recon...I even payed him $50 for his time and I even signed off agreeing I would not hold liable Dulando Screen for any further issues that couldnt be fixed. To my surprise, Dan came out and said the screen porch was installed better than I thought but was able to show me where some areas needed sealing that wasnt done when originally installed. Also, Dan showed me some of the screens needing replacements and where he thought the leak was coming in through down to the porch. After Blaise came to my house on a Saturday A M to get the work done that was needed. The work he did was quality and low and behold....leaks finally were stopped. In conclusion, I was very happy with the process and the finished product and as a customer understanding their business side protecting themselves and trusting in me to keep my word if the work couldnt be to concluded to both of our likings. Now because of this I am recommending Dulando to my mother for my child hood house I grew up in for a most likely redo of the 25 year old pool screen enclosure.
