They have signs to wear masks, but literally NONE of the staff wore masks, the piercer did not wear a mask when he pierced me, they used the wrong jewelry for literally all of the piercings and they never went over any type of aftercare. I had to get them fixed at a different shop due to extreme discomfort. Dont get pierced here.

I have gone to Imperial for my first piercing, then two more. To date, I have had a lobe, upper lobe, and helix piercing from them.In all three cases their piercer, Loki, was personable, sanitary, and professional. He uses his experience to minimize pain and discomfort and gives excellent aftercare instructions to prevent instruction.A forewarning, the shop is cash-only but the piercings are very reasonably priced.

I just got my second tattoo today. Bears shop is professional and fun. Friendly artists and understanding of what you want. Bear worked with me for a year on the concept of what I wanted. Boy did he nail it! Hes amazing! Ill never go anywhere else!

First tattoo and it was great! I worked with Ms Michelle and had the best experience. She was very good at talking through the design with me, as well as offering suggestions. She made sure I was happy with the design, and placement before we began. She talked me through the process, and offered great conversation during my time in the chair. Really made me feel comfortable for my first tattoo. As many reviews state it is cash only for the most part, but that wasnt even a huge problem as there were plenty of ATMs within the area, which they happily pointed me in the direction of. I will definitely be recommending, to my friends!

Loki reassured me the entire time, and was very easy to get along with.Their added covid world policies are incredible, and felt very safe and clean the entire time I was there.Ive gotten pierced here many times before, and will always go back!

Hash is unprofessional to say the least.They do all their communication through messenger on Facebook. But good luck with him getting back with you.I gave the $50 deposit in cash after talking about my idea for the tattoo. I should have known then.He said my drawing would be done in a week and I can get the tattoo The following week. Two weeks later he still didn’t have the first version of my tattoo started. Saying he’s been busy with clients. Well what does that make me?Every time I drive by the shop he sitting outside against the wall smoking cigarettes and looking at his phone.Luckily I did get my deposit back because after three weeks of no communication and no drawing. He decided to give me my money back. The rest of the people there might be OK, was never able to see inside the shop. All our communication was out on the front porch. Good luck!

Like this place everyone is very professional. The place is very clean and hygienic. With all that said one odd thing about this place is that they only take cash. The owner who started this small business explained to me that they had a few people in the past who got pricings or tattoos and than disputed the charge so they could get free services done. Bacisly a few bad apples spoil the convenience of using card for everyone. This place does not have a ATM machine because the owner cant afford the insurance on one. With all that said I do place on coming back next time I need ink done or if I get a second pricing. I got this eyebow pricing done at imperial class Tatto three weeks ago and it still looks great.

Just got my second tattoo. Michelle was accommodating and good at explaining after care and touch ups. The place is clean and they are strict with maintaining Covid guidelines.

This is my favorite place to go for septum rings. As someone who has very sensitive skin, the implant grade titanium rings are all that work for me.Ashley has some of the best service when it comes to determining what is the right piece of jewelry for you and was able to make them any color I wanted. I truly appreciated her efforts. She went above and beyond to make sure I had something I loved.

It’s been a few months, I forgot to leave my review. I got a my Roman numerals for my son Re-done by Patrick. I love them now, very simple tattoo that was done horrible and fixed by Patrick!!! This shop is amazing, I have family members who have gotten tattoos by him as well and all came out amazing of course. He is definitely the best artist I’ve seen! I will always get any future tattoos by him, I will never go to anyone else.

Hash is simply amazing! Great dude and his work will leave you memorized & speechless. I gave him my idea for my sleeve & he said ok paused for a second and said Im going to free hand it. Honestly inside I panicked a little. He took my arm & an orange sharpie and within 3 minutes the first piece to my was done & I told him to run with it! Over the 25 hours of sessions I never knew what the plan was when I sat in the chair, I knew what the theme was but no idea what that entailed. When we finally finished last night I held the tears in until I got in my car to leave. There is no possible way I couldve ever imagined the outcome! I am still speechless & in awe over this one beautiful one of a kind work of art that I know get to showcase for the rest of my life. Its like Bob Ross used Hashs body to tattoo my arm from the grave lol

Ashley is as amazing as everyone said, she is very professional. My daughter decided she wanted her ears pierced for her birthday so I did my research and it has paid off beautifully. Ashley had Disney’s Moana soundtrack playing as she walked us back which set the tone and helped my baby relax, she had my daughter pick out her earrings which helped get her excited. Then Ashley took all her measurements and marked the spot. She went over breathing exercises with my daughter and showed her all the tools so she wouldn’t be scared. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was perfect and my baby is so happy she said it was the best day of her life!

Walked in with my Star Wars Coach bag and the staff went crazy over it. One of the guys about lost his mind. Thats when I knew they were my kind of people and that was my kind of shop!

The guy at the front desk was polite and helpful and Ashley is amazing!! Shes very informative and the sweetest person youll ever meet. She fixed an upper lobe piercing I had gotten that was done incorrectly. She took her time to make sure it was done right and made sure I was happy with her work before leaving. I went to this place for a nostril piercing. The lady there is very knowledgeable and showed me step by step how to take care of my piercing. Even explained to me what to expect or what to do if someting gone wrong with a piercing that I did the same day at other location. For me this was a plus because I went to Claires the same day for a ear piercing and they did not educated me as the lady at this location did. Price are great and reasonable.For now on all my piercing i will do it here.

The first time I came to this shop I just needed some help switching out my jewelry for my new helix piercings, and Ashley was more than happy to help. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable. After this initial experience I knew I had to come back. Its been about a week since I went and got my first body piercing with Ashley, and I just cant say how well thing are going. As soon as I went back to get pierced she was very professional but still super friendly, I felt really comfortable coming here to get my piercings done. She talked me through everything she was going to do before she got to work, and triple checked the marks until we were both satisfied with the placement. They look fantastic! My experience with the piercer Ashley was amazing. She was knowledgeable professional and answered all my questions. She did a tragus piercing for me and repierced my navel. She explained the procedure, had a clean working space, and showed me the jewelry options and even asked for my opinion after marking the areas to see if she can accommodate. All my piercings are healing great I wish I had found her before I had a terrible Monroe piercing experience about a year prior. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Stopped by here after my familys cruise out of miami on our way back home to charleston, sc and was so glad i did! the staff was very nice and inviting and our tattoos are better than anything we have gotten back home. we have already discussed future trips to orlando just to get more tattoos from these guys!

This place is highway robbery. Savannah has been doing tattoos for 7 years and doesnt know the difference between 22 and 26 in Roman numerals. FYI 22 is XXII and 26 XXVI. Then after admitting their mistake and making you drive all the way back to their shop theyll tell you to go spend more money elsewhere for laser removal. No refund, no cover up job, just a middle finger to your face on the way out. This place is a scam and never go here. Theyll take your loving tattoo for your 2 year old daughter and make it your lifes biggest regret. Go anywhere but here, I cannot stress this enough.EDIT: So after upon going to the tattoo removal office, they found that the artist had dug too deep with the needle. Causing the ink to spread which wouldve ruined the tattoo anyways. So even if it had been done right the first time it wouldve still had to have been removed. So now what shouldve been an easy and great first tattoo is now turning into a couple thousand dollars and minimum six months of treatment. Also the profanity and vulgarity the owner talks about is a lie. They came to him in tears asking, begging for something that could help. Once they suggested reimbursement the owner shut them down immediately. His offer to help was them getting it removed with their own money and then charging them for another session to fix it. There was no threat to anyones life and the foul language came after being shut down, after trying to reason and being polite. Dont believe their lies and please dont go here. The damage they cause is not worth it. I dont want anyone to go through what my family is going through.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! We walked in there and was instantly greeted by Ashley (excuse me if I spelled her name wrong, I didnt catch the spelling) and she was so kind and helped us right away. We came in for a nose piercing and my friend was scared as it was her first piercing and Ashley reassured her that its nothing to fear, and for most, there would be next to no pain. Ashleys work station was clean, organized, and sterilized. She took time to show us that the needle she was going to use was brand new. The whole process was quick and painless, literally. There have been no problems with the piercing at all and we have nothing but good things to say about the location and staff. I will definitely be coming back here for tattoos/piercings I want.
