I’ve had Diego out to my home twice in the past two years- first to build/install my Inspire FT2, and second to rebuild the unit from storage after a remodel. He is one of the most professional, punctual, hard working, diligent professionals in this business. He goes over and beyond in his work, including meticulously cleaning each part before assembly and even cleaning my gym floors around the unit. Better than new! Diego- what an asset to the company!!!

Diego was very professional. He was very knowledgeable And he set up my elliptical in a short time. He explained to me how to sign up my product for the warrant. I love my elliptical but the only thing I would advise is to use it for about 20 minutes or so in front of the person that sets up your equipment. My machine was not making any noise when we tested it but now there is a squeaky sound coming from it. Now I have to call for a technician to come out and check it out.Thanks again!

The equipment is in very good conditions and it has what we need to have a great workout, I wish I could go more often but my job requires a lot of my time, but when I have the chance to go, I know that it will be a great workout in a safe, friendly, and clean environment! We had an unfortunate situation with our water heater and needed to move our home gym quickly. Diego showed up to do the move. Because I was in a hurry they had to squeeze me into the already booked schedule. It was late in the day when Diego came and I’m sure he had already had a very long day. Ordered an FT2 back in June 2020, but due to COVID, there were material shortages causing a delayed delivery until Feb 2021. Diego and Antonio delivered an installed my FT2 in less than 4 hours, they were extremely courteous and polite, also provided a brief overview prior to leaving. Although I am extremely excited, I have yet to register and test the beautiful machine. I will reach out to my sales rep later this week.

The experience we had was a 5 star experience. Very knowledgeable staff that was extremely helpful in finding us the right equipment. They are not there to sell you stuff you do not need. I would highly recommend if you are looking for quality gym equipment. They even let you try all of the equipment for as long as you want so you can make the right decision. Bought an M3 Inspire on 1 August 2020. It’s November 23rd and still no delivery. Robert refuses to communicate any update on delivery. We paid in full snd they are claiming a 50% restocking fee if we cancel the order even though we have not received the order nor has the machine been received at the store. It’s a nightmare. Now I am thinking of legal action. This company needs to be exposed for their shady business practices.
Great place for fitness equipment and very friendly helpful staff. Justin was great to work with and helped me figure out the best piece of equipment for my space and needs. Never tried to sell me more than I needed. Service was fast and Diego the installer was very friendly and professional. My entire experience was 5 star. I highly recommend them.

Diego and Michael came in to take a look at a new smith machine that was not working properly and right away they noticed that it was previously installed incorrectly. They foxed it within 20 minutes and ordered a new part that was damages due to Previous i correct installation. They were very helpful and very easy to work with! Thank you!!! .
We bought a very expensive equipment back on June and to this date there’s no response to our many attempts to contact them. Beware, this place might be a scam. Don’t buy here, go somewhere else!!
**UPDATE**1/5/2021: As of date no communication from the store. We called 2 weeks back and they still do not have any answer as to when the equipment will be delivered. They got to use our full amount that we paid 6 months back interest free. Covid cannot be the reason anymore for 6 month delay.9/9/2020: We are very unhappy with our purchase. We went to the store in June 2020 and looked at the machines there. Robert was helpful and gave all the info. We went back on 6/28/2020 and bought the M1 Inspire and paid full price plus delivery (which is expensive). Robert said due to covid the shipments have been delayed and it will take 3-4 weeks. Which we were fine with. We just got a CC receipt that day and we were told a sales order will be emailed to us. We waited for a whole week to get an email and then called the store. Thats when they sent an email with the sales order.After a month we called again to ask about the order and they did not have any definite answer. We called again after couple of weeks and got the same answer. No one had courtesy to call us and let us know whats going on. Till date 9/9/2020 we havent received our order or a call to let us know whats going on. Trust us, we understand the covid situation...but its been more than 2 months. And no communication from the store at all unless we call. In our last call my husband asked about cancelling the order and they said they will take 50% restocking fee. I dont understand, how is that applicable for a product that has not even been delivered to the store? What restocking?We would have been better off buying it from somewhere else online. At least there they had shipping guarantee. The reason we chose this store is because its local and closer to our place. Would have made the purchase easier BUT instead it has given us stress and a good amount of our money is stuck.

Their website indicates they do repairs of exercise equipment but I was told that since I didnt buy my treadmill from them, they wont see me until next year which is effectively saying they are not interested in providing this service to a non captive customer base. Pretty bad policy if you ask me - wouldnt I be a potential customer for new equipment if my machine cant be repaired?
