Brighton usually has great service. This location was subpar. It did not feel welcoming like it usually does. I recommend shopping online or finding another location.

Usually this is were I get all my gifts from. Today the service I received was very unusual. I had to almost beg the young lady that was helping me to make sure the gifts looked presentable, something that I had never had to ask because it was expected. I left without gift receipts, because she wasnt able to print those out, and with 3 unprepared large bags for 3 single pairs of earrings for three different people because she was short on bags and wanted to save the small ones for future customers.Im completely disappointed and upset on how the service was rendered today.

I had a good experience. Christine was very nice and helpful.

Its my mom birthday, so we went to the mall to go shopping. Once we enter, we werent even greeted. After a few minutes being there someone has passing out wine, and doesnt even offer my Hispanic mother anything. The entire time they were ignoring her, until she was asking for prices. All the workers were white, as well as the customers, and they can keep a conversation with them but doesnt even try to talk to my mom. Im white myself, and I dont deal with racism given my background. What I had to deal with today was unfair and extremely cruel, since she never did anything to them.
