Nice grocery store, not too busy so checkout was easy. The produce was of good quality but the rotisserie chicken was too dry to eat we purchased the chicken around 4 pm and tried to eat it about 20 minutes later.

I like shopping at food lion. The only probably I have is meat prices are very high. But store is always clean and neatly stocked

Shopping was easy, not crowded even though it was a Saturday.Sale items were not available and I can never get a raincheckEmployees were wearing masks but almost no customers were.

The first couple times it was great. But on this Saturday was the worse. My order was wrong got charged for what I didnt get. When I tried to call to talk to someone when I got home, I got hung up on. Had to call pharmacy to go get a manager to please talk to me. After 8 tries I got the manager. I even got charged for what I I didnt get. So maybe the weekends is not a good time to shop that way?

Specials are constantly out even on days that the restock comes in. Dont let them pick your produce if using instacart, i literally got moldy strawberries. Seems a little bait and switch.

Just made my last trip to the food Lion in americus Georgia rude rude cashier stuff with sale items on it but rang at regular price would not even go check to see if they were still on sale no customer service whatsoever

Putting green icing instead of the white icing I ordered on a birthday cake tells me someone isnt paying attention. I can go elsewhere if it happens again.

The store is good. They have a good selection and also have good weekly sales. The only negative I can think of is that they dont honor the double money back on returned items. They might if your willing to ask and demand it but I feel if its promoted throughout the store you shouldnt need to ask!

I give it 3.5 stars. My mother shops here. But they seem to be cheaper than Harveys. Ill go again to see. Customer service was not there though. Cashier looked me in the face and went to another customer and opened up another register for her and not me when I clearly knew both and had been waiting in line longer than her.

I was looking for a hard to find soft drink from Japan for my son. I didnt have to ask someone for help they seen me looking and took me straight to the item. Thats great customer service!!

.The fist thing I noticed as I walked in the door was the pleasant odor. It wasnt a turnoff like some stores Ive visited. They have a nice selection of items to sell, all properly placedand reasonably priced. The staff was nice as I was greeted as I walked throughout the store. No long lines and I found everything I need. Great experience.

Always very clean and pleasant. They normally play 50s and 60s music, which makes it feel like youre in an old TV show. In a good way. Ive been shopping here since I moved to Americus and theyve never let me down.

Fast respectful service

Its one cashier, who needs to keep her opinion to herself, she really embarrassed this young woman, who came in with baby milk voucher, she belittle her in a nice nasty way. The young woman felt as if she had to explain why she use vouchers.

I need a mvp card

A good place to shop, clean (even the mens restroom), small variety, but good quality. I have never had a problem with their meats, never seen any meat close to their purchase by date not marked down. I do not go during heavy shopping hours.

Staff are rude, unprofessional and does not present themselves well. They need to appear bathed and practice good hygiene. Some older staff that work during the daytime have awful, defeated, oppressed attitudes and they should be fired immediately. No one wants to shop in a store where the staff are as nasty as the spoiled milk in the refrigerator area.

Alot better than publix prices and harveys.

Its ok. . I do know they had a sale on crab legs, I asked the girl working in the seafood department if they had more than what was bagged up in the bunker, ( only one bag and it was just many for me) she said they did but I couldnt get a smaller amount. She wasnt very nice and she really didnt want to take the time to weigh up a smaller amount. The store manager was standing near, I know he was able to hear the conversation but he walked by as If he wasnt interested in giving any service at all.

This store was a good shopping experience for me. Helpful staff and quick check out.
