The guys were most helpful. I needed a new power lift chair. He got the tape measure out and checked the chairs; got the booklets out to check other options. I picked out one on the floor and they delivered that day!

Rental is a great option if you want to try a piece of equipment ...whether it is a lift chair, a scooter or a set of crutches !They also install ramps and have chairs that will allow folks to ride up and down their stairs. I rented a lift recliner from there for my dad when he had his surgery. Things went wrong with his surgery and had to stay in the hospital a lot longer than expected. I was able to cancel the chair at the last minute. Not only did they refund the money I paid for it but also said a prayer for my dad.I needed the chair again and the next day they brought it to the house and had it set up for him. He said he hasnt slept that comfortable or that good in a long time. The owners at 101 Mobility are amazing people. They are caring, family oriented and kind hearted people. I would definitely recommend 101 Mobility to anyone in need of renting a chair, a scooter, anything to make yours or a loved ones life a little easier. The initial sales call was very informative. Mike brought pamphlets, video and even a section of the stair lift rail so we could get an idea of what it would look like. Then he asked if we had any questions and took the time to listen and make sure we had all our questions answered. We got a quote from another company and their sales person spent about 7 minutes in our house. He never asked if we had questions. He left a couple of brochures and said he would send a quote. The personal, caring touch and follow up made the choice of 101 Mobility an easy one.
