My experience was awful. I received the tractor 4 months late. I received my Bushhog 2 months later and it was not in working order. They delivered the Bushhog without the pins. I am still waiting to receive my auger bit. This is the best part, the Mahindra tractor I order broke with less than 51 hours and they no longer service this brand of tractor. If I would have know that, I would have purchased a different brand of tractor. They said it so flippantly, you will have to go to Delaware to get the warranty work done. Now I have to drive an extra 90 minutes to get service and warranty work done. So if your looking for a bad experience that is very costly, please, choose this company.

I am a auto repair shop here in Middle River with a customers Bandit Model 90 Wood Chipper that we are doing a clutch on. I called these guys for the parts. They tried to sell to me at full list($2038) with no consideration as a shop.I would have bought them had they given me a little break. I found parts from Auto International for less than half the price. So if you dont want to be gouged, call 1-800-456-AUTO.Ryan, tell your manager he caused this by the decision he made to be greedy.

Called in anticipation of requesting a roll back pickup for my tractor. Left message for Service Mngr, Nelson Mc. He promptly called me back, politely and intelligently walked me through a checklist to perform before the pickup. He even offered to FaceTime me if initial suggestion did not work. WELL, his patient, informed suggestions were right on!! When I asked if he alway offered to help the DYI folks like me, he answered: I try. I am totally grateful for his time, patience, and wisdom. I will be a customer in the future should the need arise. Business needs more folks like NELSON. Kudos!! John S
