Recently I lost my cell phone, a pay as you go phone.i bought another phone at Walmart and took it to the River Hill Verizon Store.as they had told me by way of a phone call to them they could activate it . The salesman did not want to help me .because I wanted to stay on my old plan so I could use phone cards that my children had bought me as gifts, and I had quite a few . I ask him to call customer service and see if I could stay on my old plan he said no he knew what they would say .and Verizon was in business to make money . I guess it didn’t matter to him that I had been with Verizon 15 years. So I decided to go to the Verizon store in the Ashland town center and I am so glad I did .Lavonnie went above and beyond to help me keep my phone she and Jason apologized to me for the rudeness of the salesman at the River Hill store .Lavonnie called customer service and was on the phone forever . She wasn’t going to make any commission by helping me but she wanted me to stay with Verizon and treated me like I was family .If you ever need help with your Verizon account I highly recommend you see her.Jason was willing to help also but I had talked with Lavonnie by phone first. There were so many sales people at the RiverHill store but no one helped me . Thank You 🙏 Lavonnie for helping a old lady keep her phone . Verizon I hope you know what good employees you have in Lavonnie and Jason Ethel Dixon

Very happy with my experience at this Verizon in the Ashland mall. It is conveniently located and is nice to be able to go to the food court to grab a bite to eat or drink as the sale processes. The staff here were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions and were honest. Ive had experiences in the past in which people at other stores were not honest which resulted in having to return the product. I highly recommend working with this store!

I went in to get my sons phones SIM card transferred to another device. I had been told by a store previously that this particular phone did not have a sim card, so it wasnt possible without having Verizon do it. Tony was very professional and showed me right where the sim card was hidden on this particular device and switched it out in less than 5 minutes. Very kind and knowledgeable service. You cant take anything there to have them fix it or even look at it. I took a phone in to see if it could be fixed, I could hear people when they called but they couldnt hear me. The people at Verizon told me I needed to take it to the Verizon kiosk in the Ashland mall. Imagine that! Youve got this Verizon store with several associates standing around who knows how to do nothing but what the tablet in their hands tell them.Can you hear me now???

In a world filed with mediocrity I am always awed by stores that exceed expectations. - and Im not easily impressed. With that said I upgraded phones recently, a process I dreaded, and LaVonnie Conley of Verizon Wireless -Victra located inside the Ashland Town Center Mall hit the ball out of the park. She worked feverishly to get me all of the special deals she could and even advised me against spending on some things that wasnt in my best interest. I didnt know her previously yet she spent and extraordinary amount of time doing data transfer and cleaning up apps that were problematic, in addition to saving me a ton of money. LaVonnie is now my go to for phone sales and support. I also consider her a friend. She kept her word and earned my business by going above and beyond what was expected of her. I upgraded to the new Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. Its appears to be a great phone. If you want great service Call LaVonnie at Verizon in the Ashland Town Center Mall.

Was told I qualify for a promotion and didnt. They kept telling me to call customer service (I did 3 times) and customer service kept telling me to go back to the store (I did 4 more times). They kept telling me they could get the promotion done but couldnt. Now its been over 30 days so they cant process the promotion and its too late to get my money back. I wont deal with them again.

I have personally never visited store but I know they are one of the highest providers and you have to have a good credit score to have service with them

I will never ever go back again. Was not given the correct information and because of it I am out my IPad that I paid for and 212.00 that will not be refunded to me. I really feel like my IPad was stolen. I have written letters and sent emails and no response whatsoever.
