Chocolate was fine, but not really what we expected. We expected a tour of a factory, instead it was just a gift shop. Not sure if they ever offer tours or not. But at least it wasnt offered while we were there. It was clearly just a gift shop for people to stop in and buy chocolate.Still good, just fell flat.

Friendly and helpful

Showed up for a tour & to buy some chocolate, but were informed that they were no longer open to the public. Dagoba: please post this on Google & elsewhere so people dont waste their valuable vacation time driving to your facility.

I read so many negative reviews I was a little hesitant to go. I decided to visit to see for myself and Im glad I made the effort.The woman who was in the shop was very friendly and helpful. I loved being able to sample the chocolates without any pressure to buy. I found some new favorites and I did end up buying some bars and hot chocolate at lower prices than youd find in a store.Im new in town and the Dagoba shopkeeper was happy to make recommendations for local eateries and coffee shops. There was a family with some very animated young children and she worked with the family very skillfully; they still had fun but she helped to keep the peace. :)Overall it was a very positive experience.

The factory has all of their products, reception very helpful and knowledgeable. Very clean.and well organized. Wish they had samples of everything though.

Did some construction work there, tested the goods there and they were awesome!!!

Cute shop and tasting room! Been buying Dagoba for years in california. So glad we happened to see their sign!

Extremely disappointed and shocked they were closed the week of the 4th of July. Its such a huge tourist week, and we were in the area on vacation. We like their products, but thats a highly questionable business decision.

Dagoba makes quality chocolate, and many of their chocolate bars are on display (for you to sample!) here. Two criticisms: (1) The Dagoba factory is not set up to provide tours for interested parties, and (2) Dagoba was bought out by Hershey in 2006. Still, I give 4 stars for their great chocolate.
