First, if I could give this business a zero, I would. Terrible customer service. LONG story short, we ordered a vinyl picket fence months ago. I certainly understand the delay in manufacturing because of COVID, but the lack of communication and the way we have been given the run-around is just ridiculous. After paying the money up front, numerous telephone calls and months of this business telling us that the fence was being made, then they said they couldnt make it and didnt know when they could, etc etc etc, we are going elsewhere. I dont see how this company stays in business if this is the way they treat their customers. I would never recommend them and will just go to Lowes or Home Depot next time instead of using local, which is what we prefer.

We primarily do custom residential fences and use Atlantic for a lot of our materials for both Richmond and Hampton Roads, especially any specialty or hard to find items. Their prices are great but more importantly, Ryan goes above and beyond to ensure we can get whatever we need, even if it means extra work researching specific designs and manufacturers. Atlantic Fence made my Gates years ago and everything was well one of them finally went bad and I had them make aa replacement. There was an issue with the size and they remade the gate and had it ready by the next day. If you need anything fence wise this is the place to go.
