I purchased 2 pumps from them and both gave up within 4 months. Both times my basement got flooded and I lost a lot of money in belongings! I called them last month to see if they do replacements or have any warrantys since Im tired of buying one every few months. They said they would send me a one time courtesy replacement. The replacement did not work upon arrival! I have been email them and they are not responding. Why sell something your not going to stand by? Now Im stuck with 2 non working pumps!

I used one of your pumps recently on a job and was impressed by its price and quality Ill be using them more in the future
