Pretty good pizza. Website is sketchy and they never answer the phone or else they would be 5 star.
I grew up going to NWPizza here in Ashland. Ever since Morgan upgraded the pizza recipes, I love the pizza even more.Something about this pizza is so good. On the one hand, it looks like regular pizza, but it tastes much better than your typical pizza. The cheese is a huge key. Great cheese blend.They have delicious salads and a fun atmosphere too.
Highly recommended. We made a really big order and they got it ready in 25 minutes. The food was great and everyone was happy.
My family’s favorite pizza place of the valley. I drive up from Medford JUST for their gluten free pizza. We have tried every single gluten free pizza in the entire valley… this one has taken the cake. I LOVE the fact they do larger sizes of the GF than the standard 10 inches everyone else does. Ordering again tomorrow for Father’s Day . Going to give their vegan cheese a try!

Delicious food! Wonderful Service! And these folks are true givers in this community, and theyve shown it even more in the past (very hard) year. They are always so kind, so friendly, and their food is DELICIOUS.We go as often as we can.(Also, all their bread is baked in house- and YUM!)

We got the Oregonzola. Amazing crust, the gorgonzola wasnt too overpowering. Super delicious!! The server was great to talk to. 10 out of 10!
I was a victim of the Alameda fire and even after I was resituated the owner was adamant i didnt pay even a month out after the event!On top of really delicious pizza and pasta these folks were genuinely the nicest people. Hell, theyre were practically one of the very few businesses in ashland that was this generous to victims from the wildfires. If you want good food, and wonderful service I recommend this place....my regret was not coming here frequently
I have eaten here maybe 5 years ago, and it was amazing then, tonight I decided since I was in town I would order them again, they offer a wide variety of yummy foods to choose from that are above the normal, plus they offer free delivery.Well I got a call asking if I wanted to pick up due to the delivery being extra long than normal. I agreed since it would be ready in about 20 min, not even 15 min later the OWNER called me back, apologized about the inconvenience and heard my son in the background and said he’d be delivering it personally.This is going above and beyond and why I always love supporting local.I will definitely be continuing my business with them, and can’t wait until COVID is over so I can enjoy the restaurant.Amazing! Thank you!

First off, I dont leave reviews Im lazy and the thought doesnt cross my mind.However, this place is so good I had to leave one. Im picky, and not because Im scared of trying new things, but because I dont want it to be bad so I dont usually try new restaurants.My coworker recommended this place for pizza. Decided to get a garden (veggie) calzone, and it is the best Ive ever had. It was pretty big too and could definitely be shared, although Ill admit I ate the whole thing in 15minutes...Ill only be going here for calzones now.Thank you guys!

Just the absolute bare amount of toppings on the pizza. Counted 4 pieces of pepperoni on each slice. Called with concerns and basically got the who cares attitude. Totally swept under the rug with my concern, they pretty much said in not so many words, who cares! Not even the bare amount of concern or customer service whatsoever!! Absolutely terrible customer service, and barely passable pizza. If youre used to Abbeys, Papa Murphys, or even little Caesars, you will not be pleased. Recommend you look elsewhere if you want better pizza, service, and attitude. P.S. LOTS of grease too!
Okay where do I begin we pull in here for lunch we were hungry and we just wanted some good pizza. So we paid $31 for a pizza with two two liters no cups no ice no to go cups nothing like that Grease all over the pizza I mean enough grease that it looked like it was almost 8 oz of grease on the pizza. Would never recommend this to anybody I dont know how this place stays in business in Ashland but they are s*****
The food is delicious and my overall experience was fantastic. The owner is the NICEST person and truly cares about his customers’ satisfaction. Pizza is tasty, salad super fresh, and chicken tenders are huge! Beer selection is also great quality and the atmosphere of the place is low-key and comfortable. I will continue to support this restaurant and you should top!
It was MY FIRST & MY LAST time eating at this place I ordered the parm Pom bites they was pretty good I must say but that damn pizza I would of enjoyed a pizza from dollar tree it was way too greasy and the cheese was horrible it was the worst pepperoni pizza I’ve ever had!!!!!
I had ordered a pizza at 4:40, it was supposed to be delivered at 5:25. I called at 5:45 to ask if it was still coming, and it was still waiting for the delivery driver to pick up. I asked if maybe I could get a discount or something since it was so late, the manager on duty started freaking out saying, no, we dont give discounts just cause its late, she was rude and unapologetic. I asked for a full refund.

Alfredo sauce was strangely watery, I assume an ingredient was forgotten or it wasnt cooked long enough? Surprised theyre making it with milk instead of heavy cream. Cheesecake was good, delivery driver was incredibly kind.

Ordered different pizzas from this establishment. The food was real fresh and hot. However, I ordered multiple ingredients on my pizza, and the main problem was that there was more of one topping than the others (almost all jalapeños and hardly any meat) that I had requested. Also, the customer service was very bad (super rude employee that I encountered when picking up). Lastly, they took a lot longer making my food opposed to what the pick up time was supposed to be. I understand how places get busy, but it took them about 1.5 hours to make two pizzas. Other places that get busy can still make their food in half that time or less. I would not return and I dont recommend as a first option.

The burgers are off the chain and the salads are pieces of art work, but overall Morgan cooks his food to consistently slap your taste buds to a whole new level of DELICIOUSNESS!!! Morgan runs his restaurant with the care of a family man, and treats his customers with food and staff as if every day is a family reunion. Just an old-school pizza joint. Like the kind youd find in Illinois or Wisconsin. The pizzas pretty good but priced right. The beer selection is good and the pool tables are kinda level. I got the buffalo wings last time, and they were superb! They just need to include celery and carrot sticks with them. Great place to take a bunch of rowdy kids, or a cheap date that you dont want to be seen with.

Outstanding service and taste! We were so surprised! Prompt courteous delivery covid style safe. When we opened our pizza, the aroma made our mouths water and our belly’s full to the top with satisfaction. Shockingly addictive jo’s! Seriously why? The salad was crisp and beautifully presented. Portions are huge! Fresh and tasty ingredients served hot and prompt with courtesy. We will be talking about this meal for awhile. Thank you Northwest pizza!

The owner of this place likes to talk non-sense about other business in the valley. We always spoke highly of him until now.. carry is not a place to bad mouth other valley pizzerias. know who your friends are before you think your better then everyone else. Shame on you.

Great pizza, and an open fun atmosphere. We came in early evening and the place was already pretty packed. There was only 1 server on, but the guy did a commendable job getting everything handled until hell arrived... Which didnt seem like too much help... The original server just kept rocking!The pizza was nice with a lighter crust and decent quality toppings and very good sauce. Ill be back next time Im in Ashland!Although the server rocked it, we still waited quite a while to get served... We were just understanding, but 4 stars because the pizza was worth the wait. 1 deduction for tardy staff...

My Kids have a great time. We are often greeted in person by the owner, Morgan. Staff are always helpful and kind and the food is served quickly when theres no crowd and as speedily as reasonably possible when there is a crowd. This business has shown repeated support for youth in this area and serves delicious food. Why wouldnt you go there?
My family and I were driving up to WA from CA. We have two little ones and due to COVID were trying to make do it on one long 14 hour car ride. We were exhausted by the time we hit Ashland and looking for some food. This was the first open restaurant we could find. We were amazed by the food and the hospitality.We split the large Raider. It hit the spot and had the best sauce that Ive tasted on a pizza. But that isnt even the best part. The owner was so nice! He insisted on giving us free water and soda. He also let our small family eat on the deck so we didnt have to eat in our car (social distancing and PPE all totally present and functioning of course)!I asked him what made the pizza so good. He told me about a saying they have in their kitchen You can always cook it longer, but you cant unburn it.Well be stopping by if we pass through Ashland again!

Love this friendly family sports bar and new deck! Food is awesome with over sized portions. I took it home and enjoyed it as another meal. Best pizza in town with fresh salads and homemade croutons.
We had eight people, five of which were children. For appetizers we shared mozzarella planks and their heaping pile of jojos (the batter on the outside reminded me of fried chicken). We ordered a pizza named The Hulk, a calzone, and kids spaghetti as well. Everything was amazinggggg! There was also only one guy working the front and there were multiple birthday parties going on and he was still very attentive and very friendly. I would definitely head back again for the great food, service, and atmosphere!

I love this pizza, however, the vegan cheese did not taste good to me and was way too gooey. I suggest putting less vegan cheese on the pizza so it can crisp up a bit more. I probably wont be trying it again. (The non vegan pizza is excellent)
We had a party of 40! All on separate checks. The service was awesome and the food was so good. The owner Morgan rocked that place for us. I highly recommend this place for parties. There are games and pool table for kids ♡ You can reserve seats. I cant wait
We just used Northwest Pizza for a large holiday party. I placed the order early with them. They called me the morning of to confirm (I was expecting to have to call them.). They had our full order prepared exactly on time, and the staff that were working on the order were very pleasant. The pizzas were all cooked perfectly. Nothing came out as rushed. It was a great experience, and I will use them again in the future. A++

Our original experience was pretty hectic. The restaurant was quite busy and the staff was not very attentive. However, Morgan, the restaurants owner was happy to rectify the situation. On my daughters birthday, he generously and graciously supplied a delicious meal for the family. Im pleased that this local business owner was willing to go out of the way to meet a customers concerns. Thanks and appreciation are due. Morgans hard work is paying off.

I would be giving this place 5 stars if the server hadn’t been so rude & clearly irritated at me every time I asked a question. We’re paying for service right..? The guy with the shaved had and ponytail was irritated at every question I asked. The food was great but server very unprofessional. Very disappointed in that, because like I said- food was great.

Finding Northwest Pizza was a nice surprise. Enjoyed our meal. Pizza and salads were made of fresh ingredients and were very good. Liked the casual setting, the wait staff was responsive and polite, and well be back!
Great family atmosphere pool tables and arcade for kids all the games you want to see are on the televisions. Food is great. Pizza is always hot fresh and taste the same ( wonderful) the igalian dishes are amazing great job. I like go take my boys tgere after theyre sports games. They love it. Best pizza place in town.
Got a veterans discount for the two years that i have been spending my hard to come vy money at this place. Called today 6/2/20 for my usual, only to find that i mustve dreamt that i has a discount for two whole years because none such ever existed. Pinch yourselves before these people pinch your wallets

The place was pretty busy but my order was taken in a timely manner. I ordered a burger, fries and a side salad to go. I was told it would be about 10 min. 15 min later told my fries were just coming out of the fryer. Within 5 minutes I was home with my order. The box with fries was broken and I almost spilled them. After all that the fries were overcooked and dried out. The salad and burger were just fine but the mayo packet had turned and were the color and consistency of vaseline. $17 plus tip! I wont be visiting Northwest again.

Great place, its everything a pizzeria should be. Great food. Large but still cozy, theres a fireplace and lots of wood to give it a rustic feel. Theres a pool table, 2 pinball machines and a couple of video games for kids of all ages to enjoy. The food is great, the menu is huge, the prices are fair. If you order the jo-jos, well, youd better be super hungry or have a party to share them with. Its a great place for families, college pals, or a casual fun date.
Met here for a birthday lunch. The salads(caesar and garden) were good, the pizza was not impressive,however. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.

Just moved to the area, my boyfriend and i work late and decided we would find some delivery to make things a little easier (figuring it wouldnt take long seeing as it was a Monday) but we were wrong. We have both been in the service industry for years so i dont usually right reviews like this but i am making an exception because this experience was super disappointing. We waited an hour for our food, eventually called and got an attitude from the man that answered the phone telling us our food was already out for delivery, then we get a phone call 20 minutes later telling us our food had just left the store... now we are at 1 hr and 20 minutes and when our food got here the driver did not even acknowledge that they had made a mistake or even apologize on behave of the establishment. The boxes were smashed in and the food was not hot.. after waiting an hour and 30 minutes we should have just gotten our money back and ate at home..
