I love a good Parcel Plus business! I had some small items I needed sent via USPS that required a particular packaging. Of course, my local US post office is both completely packed with customers, and out of stock of the kind of packaging I require. I go to an office supplies shop to see if I can source the packaging on my own, but they also don’t have what I need. Looking for an alternative, my googling led me to my all-in-one solution, where I can get just the right packaging and have it sent off with the service I prefer, easy as can be! Thanks again guys!

Everyone is always so friendly here! I always come here to return my online orders or shipments. I email my return labels to them before I leave the house and then they always have them printed out for me by the time I get there. It’s so convenient and they always ask how I’m doing. Simply the best. Today, I stopped by the post office on Jollyville Rd. at about 3:30pm today. The line inside was at least 20 people deep, with no self-service kiosk working. What a nightmare. Ive only had my mailbox with Parcel Plus for 2 weeks and I can say that everyone Ive communicated with consistently made extra efforts to assist me when Im out of town. Today is my second time visit after the first time renting mailbox 2 weeks ago and I was in and out receiving 5+ packages organized while dropping off my shipments with receipt. Im very pleased with the courteous service. On top of being reliable, they have got elephant memory and they know the meaning of efficiency! Im so lucky to have discovered Pacel Plus and I plan to continue staying with them in the future. If youre looking for a one stop shop for all your mailing needs - give them a holler, you wont be disappointed!
