LOVE THIS STORE!!! One of my BEST shopping experiences EVER! I went to ulta in high hopes that someone could help point me in the right direction for some skin care products and a full coverage foundation. Logan was the 1st sales associate Id noticed and he was absolutely AMAZING! So helpful, patient, and knowledgeable! I could tell he truly enjoyed his job! Checking out the girl who rang me up very polite and friendly! Overall it was a great shopping experience all around and I will be back!

Best first experience at a beauty store ever!I went to Ulta for the first time today to search for a contour and bronzer. I was immediately greeted by one of the workers and she automatically helped me search for the right shade. Another worker came in to help and they spent the entire visit looking for my right shade so professionally. All the workers were so friendly and so professional. They were all so gorgeous too. I literally found the perfect foundation shade just from this one visit. Let me say this that I was not there for a foundation at all but by observing how much they went through just to find my shade for a contour and bronzer, I was so confident and hyped that they would professionally find the right foundation for me so I requested for their help right there and then. Everyone’s experience may differ but I was very lucky to have such an impactful and amazing visit today. Thank you for your awesome service!

I love it here. So many products to choose from and the salon is awesome the ladies working here are so sweet and do their best to please their clients at the salon and guests on The shopping floor. I highly recommend this place as your new favorite shopping spot for makeup, brow shaping, and salon services.

Made an appointment with Ashley and as soon as I arrived she made me feel welcomed. She verified how I wanted my hair and talked me through a few suggestions before starting. She didnt rush and made sure it was exactly how I wanted it. She was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Ashley for all of your figure hair needs!!!

Made a hair appointment a month ago, get to appointment & it was cancelled. Said they tried calling but no phone # listed. They had my email address but waited until I get there to tell me my appointment was cancelled . They say let’s get a good contact # for me & reschedule & I hope you didn’t have anything going on today. Still unable to enter my phone # & write it down on a piece of paper. Are you kidding me? I flew in for a wedding & made this appointment accordingly. So drove all the way to Ulta For nothing. Ulta salons are worthless! This is my 2nd bad experience with Ulta & will never use their services again. Thanks for nothing Ulta as always!

I went in and asked for a short bob, I ended up with an undercut that shows about two inches of the shaved part and then looks like a kindergartner cut a slanted line in my hair and attempted to put in a couple of chopped pieces. There is no blending, no layered effect, Just botched. The stylist was very nice, she did seem annoyed that I booked an apt at 5pm and called me to ask me to come in earlier, unfortunately I was at work and didn’t get there until 4:47pm. I really didn’t want my head shaved at all and I was told it was the only way I could get the effect I wanted. The cut is very cute in the front (not much different than what I originally had) and in the back it looks like a shaved mushroom. I’m honestly afraid to go back and have anymore of my hair hacked off so I now have to pay someone to fix this mess.

Ive been getting my hair done by Kelci for a year now and its been the best experience, every visit!!! She takes the time to get to know me and suggests styles and goals to achieve with the look I want! Ive been to so many stylists and Ive never had this personalized experience before and I look forward to every visit ☺️

Went for a haircut there for the first and last time. The stylist that starting out cutting my hair didn’t know how to cut a bob. She had my hair all chopped up and looked nothing like the picture. She obviously didn’t have any business cutting hair. She then asked someone for their opinion because I was unhappy. I then told them I didn’t feel comfortable having her continue cutting my hair and the other girl had to try to fix what had been done. That turned out to be the manager, which she was very friendly and fixed my hair. It’s still not 100% what I was looking for, but at least I don’t look like I lost a fight with a weed wipe anymore. I would like to know how this other girl was able to get hired there. She had no clue what she was doing.

We started taking our kids here for their haircuts about six months ago and have been very pleased each and every time. The ladies working here are very up to date on what hairstyles are current and they take their time and make sure to do a good job unlike other places that rush through it and stand there with their hand out ready to be paid. We’ve tried many other places in Battle Creek and more often than not felt like I could have done a better job myself.You will pay just a little bit more here for a kids got but you get what you pay for.

I had a five alarm hair disaster with a pricey salon downtown and I cam e to Aluera here at Ulta and she completely saved the day. She gave me a very chic cut and toned the awful color into something respectable and I know now that I am in good hands. This salon is amazing and so is Aluera! Very reasonably priced, and how can you not love going into Ulta for any reason?? I will definitely be purchasing my salon/spa services from Ulta from now on!

Selection is wide and staff are polite as well as helpful.

I went in for a brow wax and the girl who does the benefit counter had already left for the evening so I got handed off to the salon girls. Aluera helped me with my brows and went above and beyond to help me find makeup also when I told her I struggle with buying it. I am pretty socially awkward and always chicken out of asking for help and just make hasty purchases and run. I feel really good tonight with what I bought and with the level of compassionate customer service I received.

Always greeted when I come here and offered help. I went in looking for lipstick and was holding my sleeping son and the lady got the ones I liked and put them on me for me since my arms were full. Very helpful, I love the positive energy and helpfulness.

Very helpful and gave good recommendations and despite the recommendations they werent for us after all. Despite that, great experience and with their lenient return policy it made getting a different product easy

The ladies asked if I needed help right away. Directed me towards the best make-up for what I was looking for. They were very friendly. I didnt feel lost in the store, like the first time I went in there. I felt very welcome.

I booked my appointment online for expensive color and said I’d be willing to have any stylist, they booked the appointment with a random stylist and I had an e-mail confirming it, they called 50 minutes before my appointment to say that the 2 hour appointment I booked she didn’t have time for. This would have been my first experience with them, and it will be my last. Gladly taking my business elsewhere.

I went here for a haircut. After waiting an hour past my appointment time I was taken back for my haircut. Long story short, I had to stop the girl in the middle of the cut because it was so visibly terrible. One side was WAY shorter than the other, the layers werent blended, and it was so uneven. Im so glad I didnt let her keep cutting and left and went elsewhere to have it fixed. When I showed the stylist at the other salon she was shocked at how terrible it was. At Ulta the manager was helpful but my hair was too far gone for me to trust anyone else there to fix it. I will continue to purchase make up here, but I highly advise avoiding the salon.

My stylist was Katelyn. She charged me 40 dollars to apply clip in hair extensions, didnt put any extensions in the front of my hair, and didnt tell me the color didnt exactly match my natural hair until they were all in and we were finishing up. Walked out of there looking totally ridiculous with a discolored mullet that I paid 40 bucks for. Will not be returning, would not recommend. Katelyn was very nice though.

Xmas shopping for wife completed. Strong fragrances at door about made us leave. Staff here is hit and miss. One Sales associate in her 50s just snub us. Completely ignored our existence when I made direct polite contact. The younger sales associate was very helpful and polite.
