Overall good experience! Technicians get paid by the hour and they like to talk and are not fast workers. One even took a bathroom break and was on the phone with another technician asking him questions that should have been discussed prior to the visit, not while my meter is going. If I used them again, I will definitely not engage in small talk and will ask them to work a little faster like its their money Im spending. 😂
