Amazing service Iβve used multiple dealers and Mercedes Benz of Beaumont is the absolute best, I have 3 dealers within 30-40 minutes from where I live but I choose to drive 3 hours to service my car there.To start with their prices are not inflated like others, and they always have specials which make the prices affordable. I had to have my Automobile serviced due to multiple dash warning lights. Not sure the proper name. The brake switch had to be replaced to correct the brake lights from not turning off and the traction control was disabled. Kim Bennett was a life saver. I brought the car in on a Friday morning and she assured me that if the repairs were not completed by the end of business day she would provide me a loaner. Will around 3:00 pm she notified me that my car would not be ready and that they were out of loaners at the dealership but, that she had already made arrangements with Enterprise Rental Car and sure enough that went down. She provided excellent Customer Service and really made me PROUD to be a Benz Owner. I canβt imagine me doing business anywhere else other than Mercedes Benz of Beaumont! I live over an hour and forty five minutes away. I came to your dealership because of the great reviews Iβve seen online. I owned a Cadillac before switching to Mercedes. I loved my Cadillac but hit a deer and totaled it. The value that Mercedes holds on their cars is much better than a Cadillac which is why I made the switch. The day I brought the vehicle it had a problem with blowing out heat. I ended up finding out that night once the temperature went down and I went to turn it on. Thank god it was not the summer, cause then I would have never realized it was not working until months after purchasing the vehicle and more than likely, I would have had to pay for it. I didnβt have my vehicle for over 4 days because the service department could not figure out what was wrong. The inconvenience of having to take off work and drive down and sit all day was upsetting, especially after just purchasing the vehicle the day prior.Fast forward to this week. I had an appointment for a service A oil change. There were a few other things that I needed to have looked at which I let the rep know on the phone and also when I got there. The first one was my rear driver side tire. It has been leaking air for over a week straight. Every morning I have to bring it somewhere to fill it up because the PSI will be anywhere from 24 to 15 depending on how cold it was that night. If I donβt, I am concerned I will bend the rim. I also have a message for my left driver side marker light which I told them needed to be fixed. On top of that, the power to my vehicle when I press on the gas to speed up is having problems. It feels like I am losing power then it kicks in and works.When I was told my vehicle was ready, the guy that worked on my vehicle, said he had looked at the tire and was unable to find anything wrong and that heβs not sure whatβs going on. He said he checked a few things and everything seemed fine. To get that answer, I was a little taken aback seeing as I had explained to the service rep that it had been going on for a week already. Being a Mercedes Benz dealership, I came to you expecting that you would have the ability to at least diagnose these issues. Now I have a vehicle I have to worry about every morning before work and make sure it has the right amount of air before I drive. This is not only upsetting but also a major inconvenience seeing as I drove all the way down there and it was not able to get fixed. I have to make sure to leave extra early before work to go to the air pump before heading to work and your dealership cant even tell me why. Within 10 mins after driving out of the dealership the light was on and the air was back down. The message that I had told them about also came back on as well. So now I am asking myself did they even look at what I had asked them to look at?Now to the power on my vehicle. The rep that was in charge of taking care of me told me that two codes had popped up and that something with the gas to the engine was misfiring. She told me that would cost about $400 just to find out what was wrong. Then I would have to pay for the part as well as possibly paying for more labor depending on how long it took to fix. Its absolutely ridiculous to have to pay for this big of a problem within only three months of buying this vehicle. Now for the second time I have to find a day to come down, so I donβt have to take off from work again, to sit and wait to see what is wrong. I am going to bet it will not be fixed that same day. So, this means more time that my car will be in the shop and money I have to spend when I havenβt even owned the car for three months.I am very upset and disappointed not only in the way they have handled taking care of my car but also me. This experience has been beyond aggravating. I also noticed that I am not the only one that has had problems with the service department at your dealership. I have read a few reviews online and many people are experiencing the same thing.
I came to look at one of the Sprinters they had on their lot to get a feel for the size of the vehicle. I was directed to a salesman named RJ. He answered a few of my questions and showed me the vehicle. Although he seemed slightly annoyed throughout the entire experience and never even asked me what my name was.Overall not a great customer experience.It was also a strange that they needed to make a copy of my drivers license just to show me the inside of the vehicle. Not really a bad thing, just seemed odd.

I must say I have been using the Mercedes-Benz Beaumont service center for more than four years for all work related needs to my vehicle and never have I had anything less than what I would consider five star service. The night before dropping my vehicle off for service my key appeared to have stopped working. It would not unlock doors nor start my vehicle. I changed the battery in the key and now the key would lock and unlock my vehicle and the headlights and inside lights would work however the key would not start the car. I called the service center the following morning and informed the representative who scheduled my service appointment and referred me to a towing company. Upon the tow trucks arrival my key upon the third attempt started my vehicle. Car was driven directly to Mercedes-Benz Beaumont where once stopped it would no longer restart. The service advisor was informed of the issues experienced and that the battery in the key was changed the night prior. The advisor quoted an estimate of around 400 dollar key replacement fee if that was found to be the issue. A complimentary diagnosis of 30 min was extended to an hour as quoted by our service advisor and no diagnosis was made. The service advisor stated that we would need to have a full diagnosis done for 360 dollars. We agreed as we were assured that all of the basics were checked. Two hours later our service advisor calls and states that during the diagnostic service it appears that the key is not working. I inform the advisor that this was the initial purpose of the service appointment and inquired as to why this was not found during the initial βhourβ diagnosis review. The service advisor informs me that this is not what they thought was the issue and that the key was not checked. I informed the advisor that this was the basis of the service appointment, the advisor was very matter of fact in stating that the work was already performed and that, βIt sounds like you donβt want to pay the diagnostic fee, we donβt have any manager here today (Friday 1:00 pm hour) and wonβt have a manager on site until Monday, I will speak with him then and have him call you backβ. After a weekend of no vehicle and no available loner Monday morning I speak with Sean the service director who states that the key was probably working during the initial complimentary diagnosis and that it may have stopped working which prompted additional diagnostic work needs. I inform Sean that our service advisor assured us that the key was never checked during the complimentary diagnostic assessment even though that was the purpose of the service call. The service director informs me that he will speak with the technician and give a return call. After one hour a return call is made and the service director informs me that he has, βHeard all of the stories and feels like the diagnostic fee was warrantedβ. He states that he pays his techs for the complimentary diagnosis and that they have to be paid for any additional work done. I request a copy of what was inspected during the complementary diagnosis and the only thing noted on the email was a βperformed MPI and code checkβ. I at this point agree to have the key replaced and 24 hours later my car service was complete. I still have no clarity as to why the key was not initially the point of focus based on the conversation with the service advisor. Please see below email, dated August 28th, to which I still have yet to receive a reply:Dear RJ and Jeff,I hope this email finds you well and that you werent too badly affected by Hurricane Laura. My wife and I evacuated to the Dallas area, which coincidentally, is partly the reason for this email to you.We have been customers of yours for many years, bringing our 2006 SLK 280 for numerous services and repairs. Following some protracted and ultimately fruitless negotiations over a 2013 Mercedes-Benz SLK, we purchased a 2015 Acura RDX from you in May of this year. We also purchased an extended warranty from you-which I was reluctant to do, but thankfully my wife insisted-as the car has brought us little but expense and heartache in the short time weve owned it.First, almost as soon as wed purchased it we had to replace a tire, all of which we had been assured were in good condition. Then, the AC ceased functioning. Then a transmission issue was identified. And most recently of all, one of the headlight igniter modules and accompanying ballast failed. As we had evacuated to Dallas, we brought the vehicle to a local Acura dealership for repair. On closer inspection, it became apparent that the vehicle had been involved in a wreck, since the headlight ballast hadnt failed, but had in fact been damaged by a collision and thus was not covered by our extended warranty, leading to a significant out of pocket expense. To make matters worse, weve now established that the bumper is attached in two places by drywall screws, something which would almost be comical if it werent so serious.Just to be clear, the report we were given on the vehicle prior to purchase mentioned nothing of it having been in a wreck. My wife even asked the question has it been in a wreck?, to which the answer was a dishonest no. And for a business which supposedly prides itself on its integrity and reputation for quality, I find this sequence of events to be astonishing. Either your technicians failed to spot the glaringly obvious defects in the vehicle during an inspection which we were assured was extremely thorough, or we were deceived by information pertaining to the vehicles actual condition being deliberately withheld from us. Which one is it?To say that I am disgusted by the findings from the Acura dealership would be an understatement. Im therefore seeking immediate recourse from Mercedes Benz of Beaumont.I look forward to your response.Regards,Thomas Curran

Joseph, in financing, was just as nice and also laid out our options. Kristy was amazingly nice! She was very personable and went out of her way to make sure I was well informed about my vehicle. Even as early as 7 am she greeted me with a warm smile and a positive attitude. The service was quick and the technicians that had just so happened to come to the break room for coffee even stopped and asked if I had any questions about the diagnostics of my vehicle. My wife and I recently purchased a new 2020 GLE 350 cash. Renee Russell was our sales person... excellent, fun, knowledgeable and just a joy to know.Terri...was our Luxury Finance Director. This lady knew her stuff. Easy to understand and also a joy to know.Chandler (our on site technical support) explained all the workings of the vehicle. Thank goodness he was there as there is no way I could of figured out all the electronics on this car.Jeff Bailey...our Finance Director (remember we paid cash) had us sign the ownership paperwork. Jeff asked if we wanted the extended warranty, and I told him I was not interested. But he went on and on as to how we needed it. I did not appreciate his continued pressure to get this warranty. It kind of reminded me of the old time car salesman (make a sale at any cost ). I also didnt appreciate how he spoke to MY sales person in front of us, whether in jest or seriousness, it was totally out of line. This is the reason I only scored your team a 4 out of 5.

Great job, great service but unable to find the touch door open issue that occurs from time to time or the side view mirror adjustment while car in motion issue . A code check was done but nothing showed up. The service man assured me that although not detected at this time that it is on record that those problems would be explored again if they continued. Everything else was taken care of with excellence.
Had an appointment for 1:15pm January 3, 2020. We declined the loaner car due to us never having a problem with having our vehicle back in a timely matter the same day. I hadnt heard anything from the service department, and it was close to closing time. So I went to the facility to check the status of my car. I was told that the vehicle havent been checked in that it would be some time the next day. Had I not went there I would have never known since I hadnt received a call, text nor email stating so. Being that my car was being kept over night I should have been offered a loaner again, but that didnt happen. Ive never had this issue in the past. Whats the point of booking an appointment if your service cant be done until the next day. Had that been a Friday I would have been without my vehicle the entire weekend. I was totally disappointed.

Kim checked me in on time and was very helpful, patient and personable. I brought my Winnebago Sprinter in for recall items plus a couple of other issues that needed attention. All issues here were resolved and Kim helped me find an authorized Winnebago dealer to address a/c leaking. The waiting area was comfortable and offered a great variety of snacks and coffee. My experience here was very good!
This dealership is very shady in how they deal with customers and dealing with a purchase. My salesman Aaron and I had a deal going for a new G class and had my car appraised to get the deal done. I asked to put a deposit for literally 3 days which they were dragging the deal and come to find out they wanted to accept an offer from someone else that offered 10k more for the car. Money over integrity. This is very dishonest and a shameful business practice. Be aware.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my second GLC. The experience was almost too easy... until I had the misfortune of dealing with Jeff, the Finance Manager. Were it not for EVERYONE else I encountered, I would still be driving my first GLC. Because of him, I cant give 5 Stars. Theres no need to judge the entire staff by one long term employee who should consider retirement.
