I was given a detailed report and the cost of what needed to be done to my vehicle. I returned 3 days later to get to service work. I had a 10:00 appointment. I called 4 and a half hours later and was informed my service advisor had gone home sick.(I assume if I hadnt called, I wouldnt have known). I arrived to pick up my vehicle and the price was almost $200.00 more than I thought. (Service advisor that went home sick never told me the price). I had to negotiate the price. Folks,you get one chance to make a first impression... and you blew it...Ill find someone else to do my service work.

Made an 12:00pm appointment for oil change and tire rotation. It’s a bad joke. The appointment is for a service worker to check you in and then “there is at least a two hour wait”. WHAAAT?Never had this issue with my Toyota, Jeep, Honda, etc. Can’t understand it.I checked in at 11:40 and am still waiting! Not acceptable! Won’t be back.It is now 1:30 and my car has not moved from where I parked it at 11:40.My car was finally completed and I left at 2:15.As I waited I did question the appointment issue. It was explained to me that I could have just arrived at any time and waited for service. So don’t make an appointment that cannot/will not be honored.Matt, we spoke. Your explanation was considerate but not helpful. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Maybe you and the service manager are not making your concerns heard enough times to get results.

This dealership installed different OEM tires on my 2019 370z Nismo that were 2.5x higher in treadwear rating and a 45k mile mileage rating. Not only were these tires superior in performance they were also 2/3 the price.My installation took approximately 90min that included a multipoint inspection too.I really like this dealership.If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle from Mike Smith Nissan, please see sales rep Evelyn Brown as she’s more than just a sales rep.

I took my truck for service on 9/21 was advised that it would be 4 or more days before it could be diagnosed. I asked if I could just bring it in on the day that someone was available to look at it and was told no it would be a liability issue. I have a gold plan through nissan that provides a rental car but could not get one until it was diagnosed. On Thursday 9/23 after several calls to dealership being put on hold and hung up on I finally was able to speak to the service manager that advised me of found issues and that she would have me a rental the next morning. That was a whole new ball game. Finally that afternoon I was able to pick up rental. On Saturday I was called by rental company to inform me that I had to bring the rental back and exchange it for a Nissan per Nissan. I did so and called on Monday to check on progress again and ask about issues not addressed. Again on Thursday I called and was told it was ready pending warranty paper work. I again asked about a particular issue and volunteered to come drive the technician to duplicate issue. Issue was duplicated and addressed. I dealt with 2 advisors and the service manager during this process which was very frustrating. I called at 4pm on 9/30 to find out about picking my truck up and was told advisor would call me as soon as paperwork was completed. I did not receive a call but a text at 530 pm to pick it up which didnt give me ample time to do so. Mike Smith also has a large sign that states free car wash with service and I know it was raining when I picked it up but it could have been done while waiting on paper work the day before. I am very disappointed with the lack of good customer service at this dealership.

Dr. Phil was our sales representative. He is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and has an amazing smile! The showroom was very clean. They are very attentive to their customers. We went to Mike Smith looking for a car that fit my budget. We did shop around the golden triangle, but ended back at Mike Smith. Other places had limited stock, and were outrageous on their prices! Short Version: On the day I went in for an oil change, I was required to wear a mask and the staff were not masked. I talked to the manager after HE requested to speak to me about the bad review. I think masks work and I wear them all the time. I love them. The manager said he is not sure masks work and made no promise to require staff to wear masks in the future. Do what you want with this information. Note the photo I took of their website. Love and respect for all the doctors, nurses, and other essential workers out there. Thank you for your hard work and sacrifices.Edit: The reason for this complaint below is for the combination of the following reasons:1. The dealership insisted that the customers wear masks. All of the customers I saw were wearing masks but I only saw three employees wearing masks. These three employees were walking around the dealership and not with customers. The five staff I saw with customers were all not wearing masks.2. There is a mask mandate issued by the governor that requires them to wear masks.3. (disclaimer: I did not see if the person who drove my car for service wore a mask or not) In my view, car service places are different from other business because they directly handle and in some cases have prolonged access to personal objects such as car interiors, car keys, knobs, handles etc.. Therefore, the risk of transmission in greater than other types of contact in places like a supermarket.(Original review) After insisting that I wear a mask, which I’m happy to do, I was disappointed to see that most of the employees were not wearing masks. This was my go to place for repairs but I will not be back. In my opinion, their disregard for their customer’s health is terrible. I regret coming. I take care of my elderly mother and I have to be careful about her health.After bringing up the lack of masks to the staff, they offered to sanitize my car and put on masks but the pandemic has been going on for a long time so this should have already been protocol.Update: I had a contentious phone call with the manager. I will try to outline the main details of the conversation as to allow people to make their own decision. As best as I could understand from the conversation, the manager believes that masks may or may not work. He said there was a lot of misinformation about masks and their effectiveness. I brought up that I thought it was hypocritical for the dealership to require customers to wear masks but not to wear masks themselves. He said the staff were not wearing masks because they were eating and they are not required to wear masks while eating. This is true. They were eating.However, I told the manager, that when I walked in 30 minutes before to check in, the staff were not eating and still not wearing masks. There were three staff and one mechanic behind the desks chatting with no masks and not maintaining 6 feet distance. There was also a mechanic in the waiting area talking to the customer. They were roughly 5 feet apart. The customer was wearing a mask and the mechanic was not. In contrast, he was leaning towards her and talking in a loud voice. I tried to explain this to the manager but I am unclear as to whether or not he understood what I was trying to say.There was more to my conversation with the manager but it was mostly the same type of thing. At one point I told him that I had been happy with the dealership and customer service in the past and for some reason he said something that I had said was slanderous. I asked him for clarification but I didnt follow his train of thought. I think he did not like a comment I made on the BBB website perhaps. Though because he made the comment about slander after I said I was happy with his dealership in the past I am not sure as to what he was referring.I decided to end our 16 minute conversation because I felt that it had become a waste of my time and I did not feel that either of us would change our minds. I said please wear masks because they save lives and then I told him I would not be back.

Had a great salesman. I was looking at a truck from another dealership out of state. I was really looking forward to getting it so I called about it and was told it was sold. My salesman kept an eye out for my vehicle I was requesting. After a week of no luck he seen that very same vehicle I along with 3 other people were told it was sold. So after long days and all was said and done with the perseverance of the salesman Jeffery manuel at this dealership he followed through. He got the vehicle safe and sound and all the paperwork and everything needed was easy and so easy and simple.He made the process so easy and memorable. He is new in this business but you would never know this if you asked him. Great guy and looking forward to hearing many more reviews like this and so much more. She ordered the part and within days, called to advise me the part was in and they were ready to take care of it. My car was fixed in record time and washed when I picked it up. Taylor is not who I started seeing first, but she is all I been seeing for the past 3/4 years. She is a peoples person and customer service is awesome. She makes me feel comfortable to talk with and is pleased to help on every way. Even my first encounter with the now manager has NEVER been as good of an experience as it has with Taylor. I have gotten all my minor to major work done here. They did a great job EVERY TIME. People are apprehensive of dealership and tried to persuade me into going elsewhere, but in my experience, they have been good to me. And I live by the saying, you get what you pay for.

Not that Happy with Mike Smith Nissan. They would not honor the contractual agreements that I had when I bought my Nissan Titan Truck!! Though they have some good people working there Mike Smith sould have taken the time to call the dealership where I bought my truck, World Car Nissan. I had an unlimited mileage warranty on the powertrain and transmission and free Sirius XM radio for life. I was one of the first 100 people to sign up with Sirius XM...and they gave the first 100 Free Sirius XM for life. However,....those welchers are trying to wiggle out of that agreement too...Go Figure!!!

So I went to purchase another car and everything started out good. It was raining so I didn’t do the full walk around of the car and that’s my fault. While waiting to finalize my sale, the salesperson brought a car fax report and stated the car had no reports of wreck. When the weather cleared up I did a walk around of the car and noticed a gap around the lights. I took the car back to the dealership and spoke to my salesperson and he told me to bring it back and they would take care of it. Also car came with 2 keys only 1 key works for the car. So I brought the car back and was told they wouldn’t have time to take care of it as the service department was booked and backed up. So I was asked to come back. I did and again same thing-service department is booked. So an appointment was made so I thought. I dropped the car off at 7 am and was told they would try to get to it around noon. I called my salesperson and explained that I work in healthcare and I have to have my car to complete my job requirements. The lady who took care of my service requested suggested that I speak to my sales person about a loaner car. That’s when I did I was told they don’t have loaner cars. The car should have been fixed before a customer make a purchase. I have never in my life had to deal with anything like this. I hate I bought a car from them but I have definitely learned my lesson. So if anyone tells you not to go to mike smith and purchase a car, PLEASE TAKE TGIER WORD FOR IT.

We purchased a 2020 Nissan for my 90+ year old mother. She does not drive, we have caregivers who drive her around. A few days ago her and a caregiver went into the dealership for service and they set there 6 hours. They were not offered a loan car or a ride home. They got home and now they have to return for service again 4/20 because the job was not properly finished, electrical wires were left hanging down. Also, I personally had delivered the car for service, the same problem, some 6 or 8 weeks earlier. Totally, disappointed!
