Wonderful store with exceptional treasures!Staff is very courteous and willing to help if needed.

Lots of shoes, clothes and purses. Prices don’t all match quality. The store is overcrowded, making it hard to get around without being blocked in by another shopper.No restroom access for shoppers.

The store was dirty. There was one lady working (so it looked like). They have so many clothes. Unfortunately, very few of them were worth buying.All the shirts I looked at had stains. Some looked like they have bleach spots.

Employees were very courteous and helpful. I even found a couple of things I didnt know I was looking for and they helped me get them loaded into my vehicle.

The worst in the Beaumont area. Workers are nonstop talking loud in the back and the public can hear every single word. They lack a manager who can control their horse playing. Guy manager overprices every electronic and needs to remember that these are donated items or he should let another employee who doesn’t have emotional attachment to every single thing, price the electronics. This store was a little better before this guy manager came in. Lady who prices the wares is always on vacation and is never at work to bring out new racks. When she is there, she spends half the day talking in the back. Every other goodwill in Beaumont functions well and prices things fair. It starts with management at the Dowlen location. Control your employees horse playing!

Lots of pretty things. Pretty crowded and cashier was slow. A little high priced for Goodwill but I left happy with what I got.

As a book dealer posting a sign that I cannot scan books was disheartening. Staff were rude and not very helpful. I was going to spend $$$$$ here but Ill go somewhere else.

This is the worst goodwill I have been to. They only give discounts on Thursdays. They have Los Angeles pricing and the worst selection of clothes.

This location is small and doesnt have the best selection however i was able to find what i was looking for for a cheap price (i just needed black canvas fabric with rivets you can find on any old pair of sneakers)Also staff was friendly.

Its was horrible. Overall it was nasty their products was over priced and way out of date

Hidden treasures galore!! lol Well sometimes but either way Im sure no matter who you are you can find something with at least some memrobila and or something that peaks your interest. Oh! Dont forget to check out the clothes. You can find some really nice appeal to add to your wardrobe!

Worst store Ive ever been to. The lady working there treats her employees like theyre nobody. The employees had a miserable look on their faces. She ran out the store screaming at a customer accusing them of stealing stuff they didnt. She was just rude to everyone, screamed at me and my kids. All this and I was only in the store for less than 15 minutes. Never going there again. First and last time. Deserves no stars.

The cashiers here are sweet and kind young ladies. I enjoy this place, affordable items and always clean and stocked. Goid job management!

It seems lately their prices have gone through the roof. Things that use to be reasonably priced for used, slightly damaged goods are now 3 or 4 times more expensive. Book prices are high. Things that use to be 1 or 2$ are being priced at $10. We seen items that were from Dollar Tree being sold for $5. I still enjoy browsing goodwill. Im just more hesitant to spend my money there lately.

Way to high on their prices for the junk that they try to sell people . The employees are extremely rude they make you feel like youre in there way. I stood at the counter to be checked out for about 3 minutes so I rung the bell on the counter the cashier came around the corner screaming at me and me if I was blind..I didnt even answer her I just walked out.

What the BEAUMONT regional Goodwill offices are doing is horrible. Nothing is organized. The prices are outrageous for garage sale rejects. Theyve reduced senior discounts. The stores are crowded with crap they cant sell. I have shopped Goodwill coast to coast and I hate what has happened to the greater Beaumont area. Seriously Ive bought quality items in Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and the greater Houston area at more reasonable prices than these locations.Im done with them, all my Goodwill shipping will be done in Houston where they know how to properly run Goodwills.
