Kolaches completely dried out. Place looks very clean though. They shouldnt sell products that are dried out.

Really disappointed 😞 At one time this was the best donut place. Now they are more like Dunkin Donuts which I have never liked. Will do my business at Dawn Donuts from now on.

On my way to work stop in for some donuts. They said I cant come in without a mask. Like I just ride a around with a mask wth! The mandated has been over for Months now, they are not even required in GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS anymore. I will not be going back until some changes are made, I will just patronize the mom and pop donut places until then.

I wouldnt say I hated them but was disappointed product was not up to the standards that used getting. Donuts were flat in the box only sugared on top . I like the on there side and doused in glaze. And cold used to served hot til 10 am. What happened 😕

Ordered two dozen glazed donuts. They were fresh but still wet with icing. The donuts were not put on any paper to separate them from the box. They were also put in the box upside down. Ended up with soggy half glazed donuts and a wet glaze covered box. I ordered two glazed donuts the day before. They were perfectly wrapped and the glaze was dry.

Donuts fresh everyday! Hot glazed in the mornings are to die for. Employees are super friendly. Inside has a cozy, welcoming asthetic. Open during Hurricane Harvey!! Which is very much needed because not a lot of food places were open !

Here the donuts and including the staff are amazing. The freshness is unbeatable. The best donuts and kolaaches I’ve ever had. Boudin kolaches are the bomb here. I’m just here in Beaumont working so I’m not a local. Since I have found this store I have came almost every morning. So if you live in the area you should try it. It passing thru you should stop in. Really is the best freshest donuts.

First time at Shipley (we dont have it where Im from in NC) and I am in love with their donuts. Theyre up there with Krispy Kreme in my book (and thats extremely hard to do). Tried 3 different filled donuts and none of them disappointed. Definitely recommend stopping here if youve got a sweet tooth.

Drive thru way to slow. Did not fill my order correctly. Didnt notice until I was already on the road. The lady did not understand use as we gave our order to begin with. I ask for Diet Dr. Pepper was given regular Dr. Pepper which I checked before we left the window was told they didnt have Diet Dr.Pepper they should have ask if we wanted regular or Diet Coke it was for a Diabetic. We ended up with a Diet Coke but it is not right to give the customer something that they didnt order.

This food is a disgrace to the ancestors that first deigned to come down from the trees in hopes of evolving thumbs so that they could one day cook and serve things in a manner that tasted better than carapace-laden carrion. This not only an insult to Mothers Day, this chewy mess of greasy limp dough and bitter over-ripened cream filling is like punching my mother, your mother, and many, MANY other mothers in the face with a tightly-coiled pile of shame. Come take this abomination you have brought me and refund my money, and may your grease catch fire for sending forth your putrescence into an unsuspecting public. I wish I could even begin to describe the horrors wrapped in Shipleys bags, but I am not Stephen King. Seriously, dont deliver your waste products to my door and think to take my money with a straight face. Biggest mistake on Waitr (and, really, proof of humanitys lack of hope for finding peace in our lifetime).

Perfect early morning donut stop, they were open before 6 which was great, and a huge selection of different flavors and types.

Hot glazed doughnuts. They tape the box open so the sugar glaze doesnt melt off. Need i say more...
