Robert Bertrand is one of the most caring and giving people that I know. I have known him and done business with him for over 20 years. I have seen this company donate and support many business’ over the years. Every time I have gotten work done the entire staff has been more than accommodating and I will always use them for my future needs. I will recommend them to anyone.

Had a flag made to order, two sided. The graphic were very good but they basically made two flags, a left and right side, sewed them together with a third piece between them to prevent the sides from showing through. Quality of material was good, but too heavy to fly. When the wind blows hard enough for it to fly it blows up like a pillow case. I spent too much money for something that does not work.

Its a great place I charge my phone there all the time when I get some money ima get them to doa whole lot of shirts for me thank yall.

Ive used Cotton Cargo a few times in the past, but I wont be again. Although I found Michelle and Callie very pleasant, I wasnt impressed with the way a defect in one of the shirts I ordered was handled. I noticed the hole in one of the shirts Id ordered as soon as I got it home and immediately asked for a reprint. I was asked to submit a photo, which I did along with a note saying that I was worried the hole would get larger because it was along the seam. I received this response, Oh thats actually great news! If you can bring it in, our seamstress can sew it back up! I did bring it in and the seamstress did a shoddy job sewing it (visible white threads on a turquoise shirt and the bottom sewed into a crease). I found this unacceptable as I had paid for a NEW shirt. I did receive a refund, but what I really wanted after all of the effort that went into designing and ordering the shirt was the shirt. I dont understand why they just didnt apologize and reprint the shirt in the first place! At any rate, I will not be back.

I am a small business owner, and was trying to utilize Cotton Cargo for my logo, shirts, hats. I went in and sat down with one of the employees and went over the details of what i wanted done. Once finished i was told to give them 48 hrs to let them do a draft and they would send me an email. I waited for the email for 4 days and never got or received anything. I then called to find out that nothing had been done. I would never use there services again. My second call to them I was given an apology and told it would be taken care of and still has not been.

Very displeased with this company. I wanted 50 koozies made for my mothers 50th birthday party. I went a week prior to the party to see if Cotton Cargo could fill an order for 50 koozies. I was told normally it takes 2 weeks to fill an order, however, they would put a rush on the order and it wouldnt be an issue to have it filled in a week. Two days before the party I am told if I wanted to pay an additional $200 I could receive my order on time if not it wouldnt be ready until 2 days after the birthday party. Thanks for screwing me.
