This Kroger has the best selection of vegan cheeses and so many other vegan goodies that are so hard to find in this area and they’re always getting more and more! It’s so awesome!!

This has always been a clean and well staffed Kroger. I live 30 minutes away and still choose this place over my local Walmart and other grocery stores. The vegetables and fruit always look fantastic and that area is always clean. The employees are helpful and will stop what theyre doing in order to help you. The cashiers are also the friendliest Ive met at any grocery store Ive been too. Great store all the way around but definitely wins most for good fresh foods.

Everything was conveniently located. The only issue was probably not a private restroom since you get really strange characters in there while trying to use the toilet. Had a man talk to himself the entire time I was trying to use it. I felt a little uncomfortable because he smelled quite funky. Other than that the store is perfect and the one manager whose named started with a C was excellent.

My wife dropped off my prescription and was told it would be ready at 5:00pm.I made it there that following morning only to have the Pharmacist tell me they were not accepting new patients. S that were so then they should not have told my wife they would have it failed and ready by 5:00 p.m.. Then would not call the other kroger location for me but said I had to call. I needed a car registration, had to knock on the wall for service, guy sleep in the morning was rude, unfriendly and not helpful at all, I had all my documents, so I went to the store on dowlen completed my transaction in 5 minutes Im happy, dont patronize the the on Phelan street

Too expensive compared to HEB and the quality of produce is horrible. Ive put my hands on rotten tomatoes and fruits with fruit flies swarming around it. I reported it to the manger and he was insulted by my reporting he stated. I no longer shop at Kroger.. any of them. Its HEB or Walmart. Ive had so many problems over the years with this chain in my area. Moldy bread, rotten fruits, bad meat.. expired foods on the shelves..

Nice store,great inventory but was reminded today that about ten years ago I quit shopping there because of their damn RUDE help that talks down to custs. It has never done any good to complain because management really doesnt care.I hope this post will cost them some business (money) and prompt Kroger to address this long overdue problem. Please!!

This store flooded during IMELDA and Kroger Corporation were very quick to come in clean it up and update the store. Management has made an extra effort to keep it clean and nice and it shows. Staff is nice, store is clean and the the store is stocked. Baskets are always a problem In the parking lot but we were very happy that the baskets are new!Let’s go Krogering!

Your website says I can pick up “freshpet” in store but you don’t actually carry it. Waste of time

I live right down the street from this store and go here often they have good prices but half the staff is rude. They will joke with co workers and not say a word to you the customer. Very unprofessional! Most of the time I will ask the cashier how its going and they just reply good! Shouldnt be this way!

Great selection and friendly staff.

Large variety of items just not a lot of it on the shelves. Bakery has the best cakes ever and are priced very reasonable. Friendly staff in most areas. The meat department could use some more help. It’s handicap accessible. Prices are within reason with competitors and they fruit and veggies are always fresh and clean. I never see any kind of disorder or mess anywhere in the store. Lovely florist shop. The seasonal aisles are always inviting with plenty in stock. And the nice young people who bag the groceries and help you unload them to your car are SUPER sweet. I just love shopping here, But the meat department not so happy with them.

They refused to do a cake Ive had made at other locations many times. That just really ruined a birthday I was planning. I wont be giving this Kroger my business going forward. Ive had prior issues with this same location where staff are not trained well on their own policies. I thought Id give them another shot today, and regret wasting time there now.

Their clicklist is a joke. Order ready at 845am. I get there at 9 for a 9 to 10 pickup. Check in. Wait over 30 minutes and i was the only car waiting. I called to make sure they got my checkin. No answer. Called again. Spoke with 3 people before finally being told they are working on it. Almost an hour before i got my HALF FILLED order. Stopped at gas area for cigarettes. Was told to wait 10 minutes!!! LAST TIME I EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN

I had a terrible experience in this Kroger today 7/01/2020. The store manager John made me wait behind a customer who had triple if not more then 15 items in the express lane while I had my baby and toddler waiting in the car with my husband. Everyone else standing in that line understood what 15 items or less meant but this one individual. The store manager did not diffuse the situation but escalate it more. That customer should have been assisted on a separate register, while everyone else with 15 items or less continued to check out who were in more of a rush. That customer stated she just “Didn’t feel like waiting,” that is not a valid reason to make everyone else who may need a speedier transaction to wait. Again this store manager was very unprofessional and had horrible customer service skills, and I will no longer shop at Kroger grocery stores going forward. I repeat terrible customer service along with terrible management.

Last visited today, and for the last 11 years, Kroger is a great store for me. It is clean, well stocked, friendly long-tenured employee faces. I would recommend this location to anyone. Would rate 5 star if they would increase cashiers, instead of self check-out terminals. In addition, would give another star if their cellphone sales area had a special cellular Dept area with a manned counter, instead of using the labor of the catch-all bill payment center. Overall, great store.

Kroger has everything. They have a few items I cant find it elsewhere. I love the gas savings every time you buy groceries. Wal-Mart, HEB and Kroger all have online grocery shopping. Kroger has the best set up for picking up. They all do a good job, but Kroger is outstanding.

Haven’t in over 30 yrs of shopping at this Kroger been treated like I was nobody. The store manger could not even take the time to speak to me because her paper work was more important. Well mrs Jones I think that’s the name I heard I hope your paper work pays your wages and keeps your store open I won’t e back

Organized! Organized! Organized! My new shopping place. They have most items that Walmart (Beaumont, Texas) has to offer. So glad that I visited. At first, I was a bit confused when I was looking for a specific ice cream treat. However, instead of it being with most of the ice cream in the aisle, it was with the organic section/healthy section (aisle 1). Glad that I was able to find it while I was there. The size of the store is perfect for me. Easy access within aisles. Parking is great since many of the parking spots are closer to the store. Staff are great! I would recommend this Kroger! My new preferred store to shop. Thanks!!! Also loved their self-checkout machines which is convenient to insert dollar bills and coins when paying for the items. Thanks so much!!!

One of the major selling points of this place is cosmetics, but testing products to see if they match your skin tone is not allowed. You have to buy it first, then try it, and if its not right, tough luck.I wanted to buy some foundation and as I was shopping a lady named Deborah Johnson told me to stop and that I wasnt allowed to test the colors on my arm.She then stood and stared blankly at me for several minutes making me feel very uncomfortable. She finally left after talking to one employee, some very ugly things about other employees quite loudly. Very unprofessional. Not sure if Ill shop here again.Dont come here for your beauty supplies. Theyre very proud of their products, which is probably why its really overpriced. Not many options either.EDITJust left the restroom, and couldnt stay in there because it smelled so badly and the floors and sinks were dirty and nasty. I dont know why I shop at this store.

Today a produce attendant was conversing with a friend and blocking the limes. Plus I never feel a welcoming or pleasant vibe from the on floor workers. Cashiers are the most helpful at this location. And I avoid shopping at this particular location mostly.

**They just fired three managers in less than a week at this one store. In my opinion, the ones fired should not have been. I will not go in this store past 3pm. Customer service is horrible during the evening hours. Most of the front end employees could care less about working. They always trash talk, are rude, play on phones to much, and just generally unpleasant. When I shop here its early in the mornings. The employees during the morning hours really appreciate their jobs.**I really like the prices here. I visit so much, most of the employees know me and my family. My only drawback and complaint is the horrible parking. I usually park a distance from the building itself because its just that bad.Since this is a 24 hour store you can count on some undesirables hanging around the outside at night so be careful!Also, even though I love this store, Im not very fond of the produce department. It just doesnt seem very fresh. I do wish that would improve.I will continue to shop here as long I live in the area.As much as I enjoy this store, some of the employees really dont want to work, especially in the evenings. They horse around too much and gossip at the check out lines. I try to do all my business in the mornings or early afternoons. It really all depends on which mgr is on duty.

Full service and now 24 hours 7 days weekly. Watch for the woohoo items for great savings. Very nice produce and bundled item sales. Get the Kroger club card for gas points and custom coupons. Grocery carts say they will lock up if taken too far from the store..but the line isnt marked apparently..

Only grocery store Ive been in that on occasion will blast rap and hip hop over the speakers. Its an interesting experience picking out a steak or brisket to Ice Cube.

Today I used the Customer Service and they were friendly, courteous and as efficient as their computer was willing to be. It was a nice change from having to go to the courthouse to get my license sticker.

Ran in quickly & got what I needed. What took me the longest was that the signs dont correspond with whats on the aisles. Of course, after 10pm, I had to do SELF checkout. Parking lot is kind of dark & creepy at night.

I Love Krogers. They have a Gas Point System, that helps a Senior like me with gas points. ...not t mention they have excellent prices.

The bakery at Kroger is always good never had no problem. I always use them when I need cake very good work

I would give it 0 stars if I could .Flys are terrible in the produce area. Even saw some dead on top of packaged meat. Also bought some pasta with bugs inside thought it was an accident or over due. So I was going to buy some more when my husband saw more bugs in it. Very disappointed this was my go to store.

Love this store. Its got everything you need under one roof. Groceries, personal needs, pet needs, lawn needs, household needs. Also, if youre having a party, you can find everything under one roof! Specialty cakes and other delicious items from bakery, deli, and meat department, cards and gift cards, and if youre needing spirits, head over to the liquor department for some fine wine and liquor selections. Also, I get my prescriptions filled here because theres usually no line, also a drive thru, theyre fast, friendly, courteous, and always have my prescriptions ready and waiting! I wouldnt go anywhere else! Kroger is my store!!!

Customer service very poor when checking out. The clerk didnt look at me or greet me she placed items in bags on the carousel. She never turned them so I could reach them. She started with next customer while I was standing there. I had to asked for her to turn groceries to me. Yes, she gave me a comment and push them to me. I could have left something and she would not have cared or noticed.

Great place to shop. Stocked shelves, very helpful staff, and I prefer their meat over every other big store in town.

Always really easy to get in and get out if you need a quick stop. There are bigger stores with a wider variety in Beaumont for full grocery shopping.

Great selection and great prices! You can find a few finer foods here that you wouldnt find at HEB but overall the selection isnt quite as good at Kroger. However, those hard to find items and the location make all the difference sometimes!

Its convenient, but their customer service could use a little boost. The baggers are mostly OK, but theres one who insists on chucking the groceries both in the bags and then in the basket. Not good.

Nice staff with good selection. The meat section is sparsely stocked, mostly seafood and beef. They dont have all of the brands you might be looking for. You can recy le plastic bags and get shop kicks at this store. Theres always a hobo on the bench out front.

I visit this store basically everyday, and I love how clean the store is. And people that work there are nice.

Bad customer service. I was waiting in line and the cashier made me go to another register. I waited at the other register for a cashier to show up. In the meantime she let 2 other customers into her line while I stood there waiting. And waiting. And waiting. Why bother sending a paying customer with a cartload of groceries to a register with no cashier? Why? This is absolutely ridiculous. I will happily take my business elsewhere even though this was the most convenient grocery store for me.

Really do love this store, gluten free options are truly the best for the price and Krogers brand behind it. If only they had a location in Lafayette, La keep my fingers crossed.

Everything is good at the store and its a good place to shop and when you come to the coupons then they say the ones that you sent me with Krogers logo logo on them they say you can only use so many thats not what they tell you but do you need to tell people that they only can use a certain minute at that certain time

Went to Krogers on Phelan in Beaumont Texas to purchase a phone no one could find the key to the phones. Was told by asst. Manager to wait and manager would be at store at 12 and would have key. Waited till 12.30 this was on a Friday, only to have asst. Manager tell me she forgot the manager was off on Friday. Called corporate office to let them know.

Love this Krogers. They have huge family packs of meat and the store is always full.

Kroger has always been my go to place. They are right down the road from me so its also convient. Lately shelves havent been stocked, always out of everything, self check out machine are broken more than half the time I go. Frustrating is an understatement. Hope they get it together soon! The workers are always nice tho and helpful even when Im being difficult and its out of their hands

I have been doing my groceries at Kroger for 18 yrs. I will not even think of shopping anywhere else, the produce is fresh the people are friendly and they always have what Im looking for, I also love that I can even save on gas, Kroger is the only store for me.

Kroger has high quality, fresh items. Their produce department has a vide variety of organic fruits and veggies. Make sure you have a Plus card (free to register) or else you will pay more money for items compared to other grocery stores.

I have made my last purchase from this location. The employees were more interested in taking out the trash instead of getting the empty baskets returned for the 10 to 15 customers (some of them elderly) to use for shopping. Tried to voice my displeasure at the courtesy booth but the employee turned her back to me and continued talking on the phone. When I got to the register my rewards card did not reflect the lower price on some of my items. By now I am asking the kid at the checkout to page the manager (while waiting on the price check) and he never did show up. I will deal with the pharmacy but my grocery business is going to Market Basket even at the higher prices!

I can always find we need here.

Paying a Bill on Phelan in Beaumont Texas when Ms. Mary a African American was upset and rude. She yelled at my 4 year old kid to stop touching something instead of telling me and making me aware of a possible issue. She was soo rude and didnt ask to see my Kroger card and charged me extra since she didnt care to see my card even after I mentioned it. The Manger Chris was really nice and after I explained to him what trasnpired. Location was on Phelan. In Beaumont Texas.
