My husband and I are parked at an RV park down the street for work. He’s in and out of the smoke shop five times a week grabbing E cigarettes and Kratom. Everyone in the store knows exactly who he is. He bought an e-cigarette that didn’t work brought it back the next day and they refused to give him his money back. I understand policy but there’s also something called customer service and this place has zero.

Terrible customer service. Not even a hello when I walked in. They didnt have what I was looking for (which was fine as its new), but the clerk said they stopped carrying it. When I told him it was new and was just released he told me they had it once before but stopped and are now re releasing it. Complete BS. Ive worked in liquor and still do and keep up with everything in order to be able to do my job and this guy just blatantly lied to a potential customer. A simple sorry we dont have it would have sufficed but instead he felt the need to lie. When I told him thats not true he tried to continue his bs. They dont know what they are talking about and have no care in keeping up with whats new in their own business none the less.

Nice store however an inconvenience. You have spend at least 5 dollars to make a purchase with them for any card usage as a means of aquiring payment. Where is that a law at in the state of Texas, US. Hmm will be considering my return.

I am a stickler for attendance/tardiness. Twice I presented at 10:00am when they open, and I had to wait. The opener drove up around 10:05 and had the door open by 10:10. I was greeted warmly both times after I came in and was able to make my purchase. I just appreciate a store to be open when they advertise they will be.

If your looking for Kratom, keep rolling unless you dont mind paying a dollar a gram. The guy raved about his knowledge about Kratom, so heres my question? If your such an expert, why are the prices so high? If youve been around the product for any length of time, you know how much these guys get it for. Outta be ashamed of those prices.

Jason Fields post was spot on in its description. I had the exact same experience. I appreciate the owner reply, but dont embellish that your cigar selection is more than it is. Im not being critical, but several of your sticks were so poorly maintained that a whole box was so dry they fell apart or cracked in my hand as I picked them up. Also your selection is NOT 60-70 brands. It was primarily a 15-20 premium brands max, but the bulk was NOT, it was never heard of this brand before lower quality tobacco. My second point is without a walk in humidor or better storage setup (the two and one third of a cigar cabinet doesnt seem to be cutting it). You could have the finest cigars, but without proper attention, you get wood kindling, your money tied up in wasted inventory & clientele who go else where and will pay more for the same brand, but in better condition. Again, I dont mean to be critical, I appreciate a business owner who is responsive to customers feedback (no matter how unflattering re their business) but I take umbrage with the owners characterization that Jasons on point, succinct & accurate review didnt quite do his stores cigar selection justice. Moving on I did come to find there was a serious lack of premium cigar vendors in the Beaumont area-tragic. But, this establishment is a liquor store primarily w a collection of cigars that were better than a gas station, but less than a cigar shop. But, with the lack of quality premuim cigars in the area, this store actually has inventory, except its mostly budget sticks-which theres nothing wrong with that-Im a hardcore cigar budget shopper myself. And, to show that Im evenhanded with my review and willing to give anyone whose trying a chance. I bought several Finck brand cigars because 1) theyre from San Antonio, 2) I was curious about the quality of their lines, 3) the price points and 4) Im learning that their smokes are hard to find line in the state. But, too many other cigar here were gas station quality smokes.So, in summation, its a liqour store that sells hit and miss poorly maintained premium and mostly budget cigars in a area that has few cigar outlets. So, in the end, if the owner could take steps to improve the stores cigar offerings, he might find a missed golden opportunity.TO THE OWNER: No need for a reply, Ive seen your business model up close, so I dont need for you to reply. I only offered my opinion because your response seemed a little lacking on a spot on review. No one criticized the customer service, or an attempt to offer a product hard to find locally. Just, your response was a little misleading about your offerings. Address the preservation of you inventory issue just by a little more investment in quality control, step your game up with a little broader selection and competitive pricing and lastly you dont have to give up the budget smokes, too often business lose out on the smaller sales from customers with limited funds. That for you guys, is a plus.No pics.
