Consumer Fuel have taken care of our fuel and service needs reliably and with professionalism. I am surprised to see some of the other references shown on this page. Their team provides our heating oil and propane. They have always provided the best of service and shown excellent responsiveness to emergency calls. I comfortably rely on them for the care of our home systems.

Not once, but twice,, Consumers Fuel got us out of jam when our prior carrier was not able to sufficiently respond. I cant thank them enough for quickly dealing with the issue and their concern with our well being. I would highly recommend them to my neighbors and friends!

Ran out of fuel three times this year already, and its only February. Their automatic delivery is terrible, their customer service even worse, and they are not interested in making their customers happy at all. Go to anywhere but here.

This is the worst company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing wit in my life. We ran out of gas for our stove two days before Christmas. The horrid delivery driver came Christmas eve to deliver the gas. When i said, wait a minute so my husband can get his boots on to show you the path, he said im not waiting and i said umm yes you are, i already paid and we need gas for Christmas dinner, then he said, well now you arent getting it at all. Then the driver proceeded to call his boss and say that he didnt deliver it because we were all just crawling out of bed and he didnt want to wait. Excuse me!!! Its Christmas eve, if i want to cuddle in my jammies with my 5 year old on out Xmas break how is that any of his business!! When i called to complain, the Boss didnt have anything to say. Needless to say, we are not going through this company ever again and on Thursday im going to get a refund!!

They don’t do emergency deliveries. I have a generator running on propane that might run out of fuel. Don’t bother with them.
