Recently had Baird Sounds system install a sound system in our coffee shop. I couldn’t recommend enough. Darren was so professional, knowledgable and very helpful. Within 1 week of first speaking with Darren he had it installed. The speakers are amazing quality, and extremely reasonably priced. Every attention to detail was considered from the colour of speakers in different areas, to planning ahead for installation of more speakers. Thanks again Baird Sound Systems!

Went there yesterday to buy my granddaughter a guitar as she is beginning lessons. She is left handed so there wasnt a lot of choice in my price range but the assistant was so helpful and gave us good advice.

Hired a PA and lighting from Darren for my wedding as we had a couple of bands and did our own music for the party. Couldn’t argue with the service even if I wanted to!Darren was prompt with the replies. I’d tried multiple other equipment hire places and some of them never even responded at all. He got me a great deal on some great equipment and delivered, set up and collected.Really professional service at a great price. Called in to leave a guitar in to get neck adjusted etc.But one of the staff tweeted it there and then and in 2 minutes it was sounding sweet. Plus the crack was 90.Looking for a nice new acoustic I think I will stop off at Bairds first. Great shop.Guys know what theyre at.5 Stars all round.

This is the place for every musicians needs and wants! All the staff are friendly, great to have a bit of banter with. The selection of equipment and instruments is wide ranging with the guys letting you try before you buy (in store) with thier prices being very competitive too!

Called in looking for help and advice in purchasing my first electric guitar and was left standing for about 10 mins while the staff member was shooting the breeze with friends. When he was available he had no real interest in helping at all simply said this is our best seller and showed me 1 guitar, then went to answer the phone. I waited some more and then noticed he moved down the back, was having a chat and drinking his tea or coffee. Just left then. So disappointed with the service wont go back.

Bairds have been there for years. A great selection of acoustic guitars and some quite expensive vintage electric ones as well as new ones. All the usual suspects are there. Great knowledgeable staff and friendly service.
