I have been to this location two Halloween’s in a row and I would say I have found some pretty cool stuff. I love the displays that they have the life-size creatures you can put in your yard, it makes a spooky visit, which I enjoyed while I shopped.
The “assistant manager Jose“ was not helpful at all! I got a costume that didn’t work and could exchange it because it was “damaged”Ridiculous to spend all that money on something that doesn’t work and because they couldn’t prove it was bought damaged they didn’t accept my exchange.
It was practically gutted, albeit, the Friday before Halloween.There was a 15 minute wait to get inside and most of the shelves were barren. 25% off begins 11/1 and 50% on 11/2 but it most likely will be slim pickings

It was My first visit to your store. Everything was in place, workers very nice and helpful. Overall very nice shopping experience
It has good spooky merchandise! Just went last week when they opened, but not the most comfortable visit as they do not have AC. Went last year and the same. With masks now required, it’s just not the best experience while Shopping.
Small store, more costumes for kids than adults. Worker that follows you around giving you the side eye making you feel uncomfortable. Overall not horrible but not worth the long car ride to get here in my opinion. Wish they could open more bigger stores
Recently went in on 10/22 to return sealed/in original packaging accessories within the return deadline and was unable to. The person who claims to have been the “assistant manager” was very unhelpful. I didn’t get her name, but she did have green face paint on. She then went on saying “they don’t accept returns on accessories” & when I asked why, she replied “she doesn’t know and was told to say that by her store manager”. I told her the receipt doesn’t state that, nor did the cashier verbalize it, & the website does NOT indicate it! I then asked her for a telephone number to call so I can speak to someone about making the return, and she directed me to go “on the website live chat for assistance.” She had 0 answers regarding the return policy. Lousiest, laziest customer service ever. They should really inform their customers about their strict return policy - rather than asking for donations/contributions.

Had what I was looking for
Tried to return unused accessories that were still within the return date And the assistant manager told me I couldn’t, I asked why and she said “idk my manager just said we can’t return accessories”. When I purchased the accessories the cashier should have told me that the sales were final, and no where does it say sales are final neither on the receipt or online.
Pathetic, closing an hour before closing time.
