I was just there and the lady working this shift was super rude never will I be returning here and I will definitely be taking my service else were as she told me!! I was inside the location for over 10 minutes waiting to be helped with my 7 and 1 year old keep in mind I have not even been greated. She walked over to my side after 10 minutes of her noticing that Im standing there because I and my kids and not quite and she rudly asks me to leave because she was over capacity. There was only 4 people in there and 2 were about to leave the facility shame on her I definitely left and took my buisness else where. NEVER AGAIN !!

This business dont have an idea how is customer service I place an order online for delivery and they didnt know how to do it Iit took like one howf for them to figure out I call the store 3 times and they sa iui d that the where preparing the order at the last call I ask them for my refund and they told me no because they sti preparing the order after 1 hour finally they prepare the order how hard is to repair 3 fresas con crema I think the are still 3rd class business do not order on line

Bought 9 popsicles, frozen strawberries and I was charged $5 more than my total. The lady even said she was bad at counting and doing math. I took this lightly and I shouldnt have. She charged me for 11 popsicles rather than 9 and its my fault that I didnt double check, I noticed until I got home.But as a business I trusted her to charge me the right amount. Just becareful when you go. Make sure you check your total so you wont be over charged.

Love this place. They have the best fresh items. Everything I’ve tried, fresas con crema, dorilocos, fruit, corn, agua fresca is good. This place is huge and clean!

They should really have name tags so i dont have to put everyone on blast but the lady working there is hella rude. definitely not coming back and warning people about this place
