WORST car place every my car went out 1 month after buying it then they tell me there’s nothing they can do for me. Then someone at the other location told me the cars be old. Anyway when the tow truck came he told me that was the worst car place I could have went to boy was he right . In let me not start on how rude the manager was…. They sell nice cars they be lemons I won’t recommend to no one !!!!!
Bait and switch tactics or extreme incompetence. Either way, steer clear. Drove 2 and a half hours to pay for an online advertised car, had it set to go over the phone, got there and the car didnt exist. Ill do my business with honest, up front dealers. Phone salesman disappeared and 2 new guys showed up to pretend to help. All a scam. Did nothing to help us.
Had a great experience. I work two jobs and live an hour and a half away from this place. They managed to get me out of my upside down loan and into something newer and more reliable over the phone and online so that way when I got there all I had to do was test drive the car and leave. My APR was high (challenged credit) but their finance team actually had a one on one with me to tell me how to refinance my car in less than a years time and told me some hacks that Ive never knew about and Ive had probably more than 6 auto loans in the past 10 years. They really did go above and beyond for me and Im very grateful. Shout out to Pedro for being so awesome!!. I would definitely recommend this place.
I purchased a car at STG last week, and this was by far the best car dealership Ive have ever been to. The salesman want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase, and I never felt like I was being pressured to hurry up on my decision. Both the sales manager and finance manager also did an amazing job through the purchase process. They have so many cars at their inventory at a great price. I am very happy with my purchase, I highly recommend STG Auto Group.
My son wanted to buy a new car so he looked this place up and we had a great experience. We worked with JP and this man was awesome. As a father Im always on the dealers but JP was not like a regular dealer he was actually helpful. JP made the purchase of this great car a good experience, very patient with us. The car was very fair priced compared to the blue book value and the surrounding dealers, STG actually had the lowest price ;which is something I believe they ways strive for. JP did offer the usual after purchase warranties and items but we were not tied to them, after finding something that met our needs with the bank we were able to easily with no hassle change/ remove some of our add-ons. I hope your experience is great as well. To STG, JP is a keeper Im coming back in a year for a car see you soon.

Bought a car from them that had a broken side mirror light. They told me that theyll fixe it if I brought it back within thirty days. Made an appointment and drove about two hours from Temecula, checked my car in and waited about an hour to find out that they have ordered the wrong part and I need to go back another day. It took me a full day and $50 in gas.I got a call from them that the part is in, so I made another appointment. On the day of the appointment, I called to confirm the appointment and was told that there is no part or appointment. I asked to talk to the manager and I was put on hold for the longest time, no body picked up. This is a very unorganized dealership and I am not recommending it.
I Purchased many cars through the Montclair Delaership for friends and family and it was wonderful never a problem so I sent a friend to the Bellflower dealership feeling she would be taken care of. She left there with the worst deal in the history of car buying that I have ever witnessed. She paid well over 10k down and still ended up with 60 months of financing with a 700 credit score on a used 28k sticker price car. I was floored I called and spoke to the salesman. He told me that included tinted windows and a warranty. I will never recommend anyone to this dealership again. unless I walk them in personally to Montclair and broker the deal.

So first time I like to say no we didnt buy a car if I wasnt the intention, it was just to look around give my daughter a better idea of what she would like to buy. Now once we were there would be greeted buy one of their sales reps I believe his name was Xavier as far as a Salesman go he seemed pretty knowledgeable. I especially liked his hands off approach since were still dealing with Covid-19 and he periodically checked in on us to see if we needed help. So after a few test drives it was already established that we wouldnt be buying a car he provided us with all his information and his recommendations and we were on our way. so we originally had no intentions on buying a car from these people but the salesman actually made a difference, so once my daughter decides what she actually wants we will definitely be going back to this dealership for the purchase. I like the fact that unlike CarMax theyre saying theyre willing to transfer cars from other locations at no additional charge thats a big selling point the other being the salesman by so as long as hes there in a week or so theyre definitely going to get our business. If I can give them 0 stars I would. So unprofessional. Went in on Sunday looking to trade in my car (that I got from STG) for a family car. Long story short they left us waiting for a long time in a room while they were trying to help us make a deal when they came back they were trying to give me a car registration that was not mine. This was from a senior sales person. We ended up leaving that day from the dealer without my car registration. They simply didnt have an explanation for them giving someone else my registration. 3 days past and no courtesy call or anything. We kept calling and did not get a response and when we got a response they said they would call us back to update us on what was going on and never did. Will never come back here. Thank you STG for the worst experience.
The worst car shopping experience in my life dealing with dishonest and unprofessional sales representatives and sales managers. After my third visit at STG Bellflower, I found the right car for my son. Unfortunately, the car had not passed inspection. The sales representative (Raphael) attempted to start the buying process. I told him that I didn’t feel comfortable starting the buying process without test driving the vehicle. He agreed to let me know as soon as the vehicle pass inspection. On a Saturday, Raphael contacted me saying the car was ready for a test drive. I told him that I would see him on Sunday morning. Raphael sent me and my son a text message with confirmation of our 9:00 a.m., appointment “I’m saving the keys, and the car will be ready for you at the front at 9 am.”After driving 40 minutes in traffic, My son and I arrived at STG at 9:00 a.m. Raphael was no show, and another sales representative informed me that the car was sold. After Raphael had misled me into believing that the car was ready for us, and was not answering my telephone calls or text messages. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager (Michael Moreno) came out to assist me, and the first thing he said to me was whether I made a deposit. Instead of addressing the issue of his sales representative’s unprofessionalism, he made me feel like it was my fault for not putting in a deposit on the car. While I was stating the facts to Mr. Moreno, he never attempted to do the right thing and kept lying about the matter, and told me that Raphael was not answering because it was his day off. I WAS done with his lies and unprofessionalism. I walked away.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP.

I always have an impression the STG is a luxury high end used car dealership. Our experience started out on a great foot. The showroom was beautiful and all of the cars on the lot were in pristine condition. We were greeted with Ricardo - new to the group and his excitement and genuineness shined through. We test drove the care and was ready to purchase. Our trade in value was much lower than expected so we told him we would return after we sell our car. 1-2 days at most. He said ok and hope to see us soon. We exchanged numbers and we text regularly as to when we can come in. Never once did he informed us the price changed. 2 days later - we got cash in hand to bring our car home - he raised up the price! We looked on Car Guru and STG own website and the price was still the same. We showed him our screen print of the price from 2 nights before and he wouldnt bulge. He said market conditions changed and there is nothing he can do about it. We asked for his Manager - Alex and he said the same thing. They dont honor their words and they added a ton of other fees to an as is used car. What you see is what you get turned out to be an increase $800 in the car price. An additional $1,495 for anti theft that you didnt ask for and $890 for tinted and door guard. ALL HIDDEN until you see their quote sheet. Verbally, they say price as is. Thank to them, we were able to buy our car at a LEXUS dealership for much cheaper! I wish you all good luck with your experience at this place. All the cars are beautiful - may you bring one home at the right price and not experience the switch and bait like us. Please have them put everything in writing and notarize before you leave to return. :-)
Loved being there in the new building! Everyone is so kind and they work fast and detailed and show you exactly what you want. This is a shout out to Jeremy Abitago (Inventory Manager) He made purchasing my vehicle smooth and painless. My situation was complicated because I still owed money to the bank, but not that much more where I was upside down when I sold it back. Anyways, he gave me a call, he was direct with the appraisal so long as the inspection matched up with my desciption of my car, and sure enough it did. Then he work his magic by paying the loan amount off (It took around 10 days I believe) and giving me the difference (paid on the spot).So, if your looking to sell your car or if he ever hits you up, I highly recommend him.Thank you Jeremy!

I needed a minor repair done on a car i bought at another location. It was very hassle free..everyone was so friendly. The service department was quick and efficient. They even washed my car after they fixed it. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely give five stars.
I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota 4Runner from STG Bellflower. The process of buying a car is something I don’t look forward to but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at STG. I met with Ricardo who took me for a test drive of the car I saw on the website. The pictures on the website we’re accurate to what I saw in person. Xavier helped me through the purchasing process and explained each part without trying to up sell things I didn’t need. Joseph was able to help me complete the paperwork and when all was said and done I left comfortable with the price I paid. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

As a first time buyer, I was very impressed with the staff here. They were sure to be very informative with me and gave me a deal that is worth it!! I left with the car I had my eyes on for a while now and will definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.
Worst place to ever get a car from. As a woman going to get a car it is already hard enough, but RJ, Freddy, Joseph and Albert made it so much harder. Upon arriving at the car lot RJ helped me and quoted me a price that I did not want pay per month, I constantly asked for my keys back so I could leave the office and RJ did not bring my keys he brought the sales manager Freddy. At this point I was ready to leave and just wanted my keys back, Freddy very rudely said he wanted to explain something to me the least I could do was listen after wasting their time. Their job is to sell people on something, regardless how long it takes. I told Freddy and RJ I was ready to leave and I wanted my car keys back from my trade in and finally it was brought to me after I asked multiple times. Later on I returned to the lot to retrieve my registration and decided to inquire about another car that I loved at this point Albert and Joseph the sales manager were helping me, I was going to make a deal for the car with them and come back later once the car arrived and paperwork was ready. After leaving I decided I no longer wanted the car and communicated with them via text that I did not want it. I told them my sister would come to pick up my registration 3 hours before she would actually come to do so. Once she arrived at the front desk she asked for the registration and the front desk agent called for albert and joseph more than 5 times, my sister waited for 30 minutes for them to come to the desk and no one ever showed. I tried contacting them and when I received a response they told me that my sister had only waited for 3 minutes which was not true I was on the phone the whole time. They wanted to mail my registration instead of letting me have someone pick it up. I want to know why they wanted to keep my registration so badly and withheld it from me and the person I had to pick it up. I told them that it needed to be at the front desk the following day for pick up and they said it would be, my father also had to speak with them for me to even have them do this. Do not recommend any of these people or this place at all. Beyond terrible service and people. They continued to harass me after I said I wasnt getting the car and did not want to give back my registration or keys and as a young woman that made me never want to go car shopping alone again. DO NOT GO HERE! not one person left with a car while I was there for 5+ hours and they claim they sell 800 cars per month, if that was the case they wouldnt have begged for a sale and would just sell the car to someone else. I still dont know if they did anything with my registration even though I didnt sign any documents.
I purchased a car last night from STG Auto Group and I have to say the service was exceptional. Joseph, Pedro, and Nash were awesome! From the time I called them to inquire about the 300, Nash was was on top of it and had the car waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. When I got there Pedro had a very cool, down to earth demeanor. He went along for the test drive and answered all of my questions. When it came down to the money, Joseph is the Man. He worked with me on every level and got me the price I wanted with an extended warranty and all. I am very pleased with my super clean 300. STG is my go to place for all of my car needs now!

Purchase a beautiful 2020 Toyota Highlander at STG AUTO GROUP worked with Peter who was great only giving 4 stars due to ask them to clean the inside it had some stains and they only cleaned the outside also they added $890 which you’ll always get thy charge. They ran my credit even though I was pre-approved from my bank. Its all good I scrub it myself. Since I had the pre-approval, I just needed a purchase order for my bank. I received it and much like others have stated the price went up a few grand- GPS, and Cash price accessories Which I found out was a window tint and door guards. You can opt out of the GPS but the $890, for the other two items are non negotiable. Thats probably were they make their money, is the upcharges Regardless, the highlander with the extra comes out to a deal price, there is ZERO deal- ZERO. overall great experience. they allowed us to drive the car for a great minute even took it on the freeway. Allowed us to inspect the car with no pressure. Other than the stains and the added $890 I got my car for a great deal.
They offer me a price for my car and said yeah we will definitely be able to do it. Then got their and change their price. Not to mention I drove 60miles. And wasted my gas and time. The place is a joke.

I had a great experience here. Finalized everything within 2 hours. Fernando was great to talk with, smart, and not pushy at all. I also talked to Freddy and Kenny online through CarGurus (rewriting my review here) and they were quick to answer my questions. The only reason why I give 4 stars is because the music in that place was way too much and way too loud, obviously that’s just my opinion but I really don’t know how anyone could enjoy that. I ended up getting a migraine towards the end because of it. Also because my boyfriend used to sell cars so he knows how to get down to business and get all the numbers laid out which is why I believe the process was so easy (maybe if I was buy myself it would have been less enjoyable haha). After I bought the car and finalized everything, we waited an extra hour for the car to be washed (they were busy that day) but I appreciate that. I also got $111 off for the Mother’s Day special which was pretty nice. We also didn’t have to wait like 30 minutes every time he needed to get up and review the interest rates/numbers with his manager. It only took about 10 mins each time. In the past I remember having to wait sooo long for that. Thank you STG!

The people there are great and very helpful as to getting a car. It was my first car and one of their employees Andy ( the bald one) helped me through the whole process and helped me understand what it means to lease a car and all the works that are into it. This place has horrible customer services. The receptionist are great unfortunately the sales men dont communicate with the team. You can never get ahold of who u are looking for. Oh and of course becareful when signing your contract for the additional hidden expenses they slap on when you blink.

So far, eh! So I was pre-approved by my bank. I knew the truck I wanted and went hunting. The first dealership that I found what I was looking for was super annoying. Trying to run my credit even though I was pre-approved. Wouldnt settle on a price, so I left.I found a similar truck here listed at $36+. Its a nice truck so I went down, spoke to Mike, who was lovely to deal with. His manager comes out and helps also. Since I had the pre-approval, I just needed a purchase order for my bank. I received it and much like others have stated the price went up a few grand- GPS, and Cash price accessories Which I found out was a window tint and door guards. You can opt out of the GPS but the $890, for the other two items are non negotiable. Thats probably were they make their money, is the upcharges Regardless, the truck with the extra comes out to a deal price, there is ZERO deal- ZERO!
