Olsen Auto Body is great! My daughters car was in an accident (she wasnt driving) and it needed some major body work. I found Olsens on the web and reached out to them and they were awesome right from the start. They managed the insurance, got my daughters rental car lined up, communicated often about the progress of the repairs, and finished on time. From start to finish it was first class service and a great job done on the car. For a father that was a long ways away, it was really awesome to have folks I trusted working on my daughters car. My teen driver needed one more foot of stopping distance that wasnt there so hit the ball hitch in front of her. Olsens repaired minor front end damage quickly and professionally. I hit a chair on I 5 on the way to Bellevue. I needed to be there but my car damage was indeterminate so I drove, cautiously, to Olsen’s.I received amazingly fast, caring service. While talking to my insurance company, Brittany arranged a rental car so I was on my way faster than I thought possible.It doesn’t end there: they pulled out all the stops to complete the job as quickly as possible once they received the parts, to accommodate my schedule. I was so thankful, but it doesn’t end there. The car rental place lost my insurance information so the kindly, efficient Brittany came to the rescue again and facilitated the timely completion of that transaction. Olsen’ s and Brittany are the definition of the “ Gold Standard” in customer service.I hope I don’t need their services again but if I do or I know anyone who does, Olsen’s will be my choice!

My car was hit while I was at work, luckily the driver left their number. I called Olsen because they are certified in my make of car. Right from the beginning they were super helpful in getting my car fixed. My car is old so they explained that getting parts could be difficult and take a while. They werent kidding, it took a month but they found every part and they were very fast in getting it fixed and did an amazing job. My car looks great! Their customer service was beyond satisfying. My first experience with Olsen Auto Body & Collision went very well.I was in an accident that wasnt my fault and they did a great job and took care things well, but I didnt have to pay.I decided to go back to them and get more paint work done that I wanted for a while. My big problem is how they hustled me. First time I go in and they check everything out and give me an estimate. I made an appointment and was happy. Drop my car off and they look at things and give me a new estimate that is 40% more expensive. At this point Im handcuffed and in the door. Its a huge hassle to cancel plans now.The kicker to all this is the mediocre work. They promised a lot more than they could succeed at and the guy I dealt with at the front desk acted like he mattered more than you could ever. I wont be going back there.

Took car in for repairs. It took two weeks to get it back, but you never know about part delays. To get updates we had to call in. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, although they couldnt explain why parts were replaced rather than repaired. In that case, I think notes should be included on the invoice. The job looked nice (everything was cosmetic) and they cleaned the car inside and out.

I went to Olsens Auto body after googling online. I was extremely pleased with their immediate response to let me bring in my fender bender on my fairly new car. They kept me informed on repair date and extended repair date (bad weather and Covid waiting for parts). Whole team was respectful and polite. They made a miserable fender bender a more pleasant experience. I greatly appreciated their communication via text to keep me updated on the progress.

We could not have asked for a better repair experience. Olsens arranged to have our Subaru towed, and from the get-go they were communicative and sent steady updates via text and phone calls. When a part was delayed, they immediately texted us and answered any questions. We finally got our car back and it looks brand new!

These guys are a good company, but I had a poor recent experience. I need to go back in and make sure the work will be done to an acceptable standard.The bumper is still misaligned which was the only reason I brought the vehicle in for repair. I also had some new damage introduced to the side of my door, looks like it was opened into a wall while at their place (maybe the wind blew it open?) I don’t know if much can be done about this new damage. Hate to be negative, but that’s my November 2020 experience.UPDATE: They are working right now to make things right, so Ill post an updated review once I pick up the vehicle later this week. As it stands now they are...-Redoing/fixing the bumper.-Taking care of the new damage to the door.-Providing a free rental car.-Doing some minor work at no cost to make up for my lost time.They do seem to be focused on costumer service (Wes in particular). If everything turns out well, they will be getting a higher rating (2 star to 4 star) and I will continue to take vehicles to them (although I hope I can avoid hitting deer from now on).Update 2:They made it look great and I’m very pleased now with their work and willingness to take care of the problems.

I took my car here for 2 different claims I filed with my insurance. When I got there the owner Dan greeted me. I told him that although the bumper could use some TLC I wasn’t sure it was worth the claim since it was just a little paint and I could probably get it buffed out. He agreed with me and we agreed that they would only work the other claim; a dent on the fender. The communication was on point & when I arrived to pick up my car, not only did it look good as new, but it was ready for pickup a day before expected. As if that wasn’t already enough, Dan proceeded to tell me he took it upon himself to buff out the bumper too; off the books, off the clock, no claim, no charge, just a great guy providing a perfect customer experience. Olsen’s fixed my subaru after my car was hit accidentally by a friend, and they were AWESOME! i had to get my hatch and bumper replaced which made me a little nervous, and i was worried that the color wouldn’t match exactly. but it is perfect, and i’m so happy. they also completely detailed my car, which was the nicest surprise ever. i will definitely be going back to them in the future

Ive been to Olsen Auto Body & Collision twice now for work on my Subaru. The first time my car had been the victim of a hit and run, the second time my car was hit by a buck exiting I-5. I dont have the best of luck, apparently. The staff at Olsens has always been kind, courteous and professional. They did a good job on my car and kept me informed. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Olsen. I dont typically write reviews but Darrell blew me away with how much he helped me after a nightmarish amount of issues following a car accident. We thought my car only had minor exterior damage and while I was on my way to drop the car off at Olsen, my car broke down and from the moment I called him to inform him that my car would need to be towed in, he was empathetic and beyond helpful - going the extra mile over and over as the problems multiplied. My car was eventually totaled and he kept me in the loop while he dealt with another dealership and the insurance company. Will not take my car elsewhere!!

I had a parking mishap in my 2016 Kia Soul, recently.My insurance company is Geico and one of their local recommended repair shops was Olsen Auto Body.So, I made a simple appointment online and took my car in the next morning.Geico had my rental ready at the shop and Wes, at Olsens front desk helped me.After checking out the damage to my car, he explained what repairs they would be doing. Part of those repairs was one piece of black plastic cowling that would have to be repainted. I mentioned that the piece would look good white instead of black. He agreed and said he would ask the shop guys if they could do that and I just kind of forgot about it.When I returned to pick up my car, they had painted that part white and it indeed looked even better than I had imagined.In short, that $500 deductible I paid was totally worth it.Im now happy I had the mishap.The crew at Olsens turned a negative into a positive and Im a happy customer.A big thank you to all of you there at Olsen Auto Boby.(Milton) Les Scott

Very easy and stress free experience, which says a lot since having your car messed up is very stressful but they made the whole process so smooth. I was given text updates on the progress of my vehicles repairs and they had the rental car brought to me at the shop and when I came to pick up my car after repairs were finished, they offered to return it too! Great customer service, awesome cleaning and safety procedures (masks, disinfectant, handsanitizer the whole shabang), and the repairs looked amazing of course, 10/10 would use again but fingers crossed I wont have to!

Nice work but it took twice as long as promised and they have no communication with me. I had to call them to find out what was going on. Then when they told me to pick the finished car up, they neglected to let me know that the store would be closed for lunch - they usually dont close for lunch). So my ride dropped me off at 12:30 pm and I had to wait 30 min to get in the store :(

Customer Service was great from the moment I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up. The team was very thorough with their communication and was sure to update me along the way. Bonus was my car was done a few days earlier than expected! They also washed the exterior and the interior was wiped down. They work with Enterprise and my rental car was waiting for me when I got there and they took the car off my hands when I came to pick up my vehicle. Overall a great experience!

I had the most wonderful experience here they were so quick and friendly. I sent it in on a Wednesday and I totally goofed and made plans for the weekend and they got it back to me on Friday!! They were so amazing and really flexible with my schedule which changed and i had to end up moving my appointment. We recently brought our Mazda Protege in to get fixed after a wreck. Come to find out our insurance claimed it as totaled which was a major bummer. Luckily the staff at Olsen Auto Body helped us through the entire process! They helped get us setup with a rental car, worked with our insurance to collect the settlement, and were extremely communicative and fast. I would highly recommend Olsen and will definitely be using them in the future.
